Good experience with Page European. I brought a couple of BMWs in for servicing and repairs earlier this year. 320 and 335D. They fixed engine oil leaks, replaced a rusted brake line, rear shocks, glow plugs. Very good quality work and fairly priced. Recommended.
The car went in to just get a diagnostic scan, for $95+gst. The car ended up costing me $345 dollars. They carried out work that I didn't authorize. The problem they diagnosed was $2500 dollar fix for a second hand part. I ended up getting the part new and installed for $1700 dollars. The car also came back with 2 marks one was a scratch and the other looks like something was left on the bonnet and burnt through the clear coat. I took photos the day before it went in. Needless to say i wouldn't recommend taking your car to them.
Umesh and the guys at Page European were fantastic with servicing my VW and checking out the why the engine light was on, there technician quickly found a faulty oxygen sensor and found a genuine replacement at reasonable cost. Since I have had the car back it has never run better and is now using less fuel! Would recommend having your car serviced there will save you money in the long term.
My e46 BMW 318i was well overdue for a service / check up, this was during the Christmas period and everywhere was booked out as I left everything last minute, lucky enough the boys at Page European was able to assist with this, and cleared my check engine light that was on the dash for sometime now, there was a few things needing replaced and I told them I had a budget and they were great about it and priced me up genuine and aftermarket option, and I went with the aftermarket option and got my car back the same day! Thanks again for the service! 10/10
Umesh was great to deal with, they are obviously very popular as they seem to have a lot of cars in at a time and are very knowledgeable. Very quick response to emails. Diagnosed the car quite quickly but couldn’t find the fault - reffed us to a trusted specialist. Was great about leaving my car outside on their premises as I could not pick it up until the weekend. Really appreciated he took the time to call me a week later to follow up all was ok with the referral and see if everything was ok. Would recommend to others.
They are ok. I have had a serpentine belt changed. Communication could be better. I asked them to let me know how much to change the steering fluid, but they went ahead and did it without letting me know the price. I have found them to be quite busy and can't look at the car the same day.
