   Wow can't believe how filthy the place was. For an establishment making food this was bad. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and the countertop POS computers were covered in grease and God knows what. Just makes you wonder how the food prep area is looked after if the basic floor and countertop cleaning isn't addressed. Staff didn't say hi and looked like they hated being at work. Won't be coming here again. Maybe management should sort it out because the reviews for this location is shocking.

   Wow, just wow. Never had this much bad experience with Dominoes before. Ordered through delivery, told it was delivered twice when it was not, I called in store twice and the manager said the delivery driver left ages ago. Finally, after an hour and a half it arrived. Thats not even the most dissapointing part. Garlic bread look like it had been on and was burnt. The two pizzas we ordered were so stale and completely cold to the point it almost broke my tooth when biting into it. We ordered pan pizzas but didnt get the correct base. Ordered 20 southern bites and got 8, old cold wings instead with no sauce. The toppings looked as if it was all thrown in the center of the pizza so half of the pizza didnt have toppings. I understand it was busy and they were backed up, but that shouldnt mean you do half of your job, and not think twice about what you are really willing to give to the customers. Its very occasional we order out, and usually other Dominoes are amazing, but this was so extremely dissappointing

   Garlic bread was amazing. The pizzas had barely any cheese on them practically bald. Also the pizzas were cut in extremely different sized pieces

   I brought a vegan cheese garlic bread and was given a normal garlic bread. I called up and they said this is because of ingredient shortage which is fair enough, but I cannot eat dairy and could not eat the garlic bread. When I called up to talk about this, the employee was incompetent and put me hold for 30mins then they hung up on me, I called back just to be put back on hold which in this case is the same thing as hanging up on me again. Also the website would not let me submit a formal complaint. I would not of minded as much if they rang me to tell me what was going on and talk about another solution but this was incredible disrespectful.

   I have been a regular of this Dominoes for soon 7 years. Dissatisfied with the sizes of the pizzas the past 2 weeks! They have shaved more than a full serving (!) of the Value Range pizzas. It’s really noticeable by anyone that regularly gets the same pizza! Supposed to be 8 servings @ 50g (400g) but today these were less than 340g! I ordered 8 pizzas for the family. 5 x Value Range and 3 x Value Range Extra Large. All being 1 serving short! Very disappointing! Hopefully this is a temporary “glitch” because pizzas and service has always been excellent and staff friendly! But today you only get 2 stars! You can do better than this! Update: today the pizza was only 300g! Customer of 7 years! I won’t be coming back! 1 star!

   I ordered over $70 of pizza today for clients and they never turned up! After calling the store over an hour after they were supposed to be delivered I was informed that they had canceled my order! No email, no telephone call. Just a poor excuse about refurbishment or something along those lines. They took my money and I haven’t received a refund. Hungry clients, terrible or NO service again from Domino’s Unreliable rubbish

   Placed our order 2hrs ago and haven’t received it yet - second time this has happened. Last time we had to reheat and it was clearly sitting there for a good hour. Don’t care about getting the food, obviously the staff are overworked because we can’t get through the phone lines. Would like to know the avenues to get our money refunded. Thanks

   I ordered one large pizza however I wasn't able to finish some of it so I asked them to give the rest of the pizza to someone who really needed it but apparently they aren't allowed to do it even if a customer has already paid for it, a staff member walked me to the bus stop which helped me feel a lot safer so overall I'd give 7.5 stars out of 10

   I love Mr Wedge and had it after 1.5 year, no complaints it's perfect. Would have been good to have more wedges on it. Served on time and taste has been the same Thank you
