If I could give this place a zero I would. We bought parts for our car and their expertise advised on i specific part we took it to the mechanics to place on our car and they said it was the wrong model and to never trust clowns at sas. We tried to get a refund and they said no.
Bought some bushes from them, tested fitted the parts. They didn’t fit and they refused to give me a refund. Hopeless service. Can’t even follow the CGA
Went there for a work related issue. Spare parts staff were excellent in giving their help, and that service flowed onto the warehouse where they couldn't have been more helpful.
Really disappointed with the service provided by Michael in East Tamaki branch . he was unwilling to help at all . he simply refuse to do the job . even he has done the same job 1 days before just because it was a small job he refused to help.
They had what I needed and at a better price then anyware asleep. A service was good too.
It started off well, really needed wheel bearing pressed for bros final ride in his pride and joy. However I was quickly disappointed with customer service. They were rude, didn't even know how much a item cost, worst of all was I wasted a lot of time waiting for them to call, a call that never eventuated I might add. So I had to call them, to be told the part was ready a while ago. Frustration I will never return to that poor excuse of a business. You guys are amateurs.
Hi To the SAS team in East Tamaki. Pls, if you are not going to open at 8am on a Sat as per your Website and phone call previously, pls adjust your website /Google to show this, and avoid wasting mine and other customers time who did get here at 8pm 26th/9/2020. My time is valuable especially as have other options I could have done instead..
I bought their SAS brand engine mount. After 6 month it is broken .Their warranty is valid only up to 10000 km , which is not mentioned on the invoice. No replacement given though they say 1 year warranty. Advice you all never buy their engine mounts selling from their branch around NZ. Buy genuine one from your car manufacturer as it save your labour cost for paying twice and save your time.
