   This is our third time staying at the Abbasodore Motor Inn in Tauranga, and it’s always such a pleasure. The staff are consistently lovely, friendly, and welcoming, and the facilities are spotless and well maintained. Every stay has been enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back again!

   Large living, bedroom area and bathroom - could live permanently in the one bedroom apartment which was well appointed and beautifully clean. Couldn't believe how quiet it was and grandson was most impressed with the choc goodies that were part of the room service. Staff and owner were all so helpful. Would definitely stay again.

   On arrival I was greeted by Owner operator Kerry, She was more than happy to charge me almost half the price of my stay for an early check in so it was slightly pricey but the room is a moderate value for money. Couple issues here.. I was travelling for work and she mentioned she is going corporate and not having any WINZ clients at all, which I found very rude and almost a blatant discriminatory comment. She also came knocking on my door and tried to tell me I wasn’t staying until the morning which I made clear at that moment I was coming back in the morning and she was displeased by this. She was very judgemental and she actually blacklisted me with absolutely no grounds, she just did not like me. Told my partner I would not be back. This behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality and tourism industry and I would know because I worked in it for a lengthy time, including a real, upmarket corporate hotel. She’s a PHONEY. I would advise staying else where if you prefer honesty, not confronting people is disrespectful in itself and she was damn near hassling me.

   Stay here every fortnight for a couple of nights. Have stayed at a few different ones in the bay and have chosen to continue staying here. Nothing is ever a problem. Very accommodating, awesome friendly service. Is definitely my home away from home and rooms are very relaxing and so comfortable. I always look forward to staying. Highly recommend. Carl

   Very helpful host on telephone booking who managed to find a booking after initial misunderstanding on my part. On arrival we were warmly welcomed. Although the motel is an older style the rooms have been renovated to a very high standard. Excellent bed; slept better here than at home. Nice touches include bath salts pack, good quality consumables, daily Cookie time biscuits, decent toilet paper and a nice pool. Stayed three nights. One of the best motel stays we’ve experienced.
