   I rang up this morning for an urgent check up and repair, the service adviser was very helpful and able to check my car straight away after I explained what the problem was. The whole experience was very smooth and the gentleman is very knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get my car back within 30 minutes.    Booked a pre purchase inspection today for a Hiace, which when booking states it takes 75min. Booked for 1230pm. When we arrived it was packed & the line was almost on the road. Parking was tricky. When giving the keys to inspector we were told to come back at 230pm. I questioned why our 75min appointment was now taking 120min, the reply was 'I take my lunch break in-between' It begs belief that the booking system can't blanket out 1230 - 1pm for lunch. Why take bookings that clash with lunch breaks? Why keep customers waiting unnecessarily longer? The stupidity of this appointment almost made us leave. Ultimately glad we didn't as the report was vital to our decision making, but we won't come back to this location and next time I'll book before or after smoko!

   The guys out the back have 2 speeds. Slow and Extra slow. Customer service ladies are good though. So go here for driver licensing, but avoid for WOFs. 2 hours for initial check and 40 mins for a recheck!

   Went in for a WOF, was in and out in 20 mins! Quick, Professional and Friendly. If your getting a WOF, try to aim for an earlier part of the day as it can get quite busy!

   Expected them to close at 4pm as per website. They decided to take last account at 2:30. Indian woman behind counter did not seem to appreciate my feedback or want to hear how to improve or organize the place better. Whole time I was calm and trying to be helpful but felt extremely disrespected. Place has been understaffed for some time now and yet nothing seems to have been done.

   Have always seen a line outside this place but never been for myself until today. Service was so slow. Only one person knows how to do licences, when she goes on break then you have to wait for half an hour with no warning even if you've been standing there for half an hour already. Not her fault but surely the bosses could train the other staff? Will never return and highly recommend others go elsewhere and save your precious time!

   Very nice and very patient and helpful staff for licensing. Sympathies to them for what they endure - not fully staffed on a Saturday, long queue (couple of hours), not enough seating for old people, people having to queue in the weather. I don’t know what the contractual arrangement is with AA here but some competition wouldn’t go amiss.

   I had a issue with AA battery road service for straight 3 days..Poor customer service and unsatisfactory decision from the team. And I went to AA Mt.Roskill and met Garry. His customer service and knowledge on the policy was spot on. Helped me really quick and recommended few bits here and there and provided proper solution. Happy, satisfactory and highly recommended. Do meet this guy when you visit there.
