No one answered phone during business hours and when I arrived there was seemingly no one here, door locked. 11:20am on Friday. Whatβs going on?
The boss man answerd the phone with no intention to help my problem i have with my mazda instead is only interested if you are looking for a part to buy off him
Been sending through quote requests via website for 2 months trying to get a part, never responded. Whenever I call and manage to get someone, they just tell me to enquire via website. Tried to visit Friday 3pm. Google says they close 5pm, sign on the door says 3.30pm. Door was locked, sat on hold trying to call for over 20 minutes, nothing. Another customer turned up to wait with me for a while. They seem to not want any business, and are trying to make dealing with them as hard as possible.
Disgusting experience, did not want to help with what I needed help with. He did not seem interested in what I was saying, made me sound stupid. Told me I pretty much didnβt know what I was talking about donβt recommend this place
I got a quote from him said $300 for right rear axel I was shocked rung another wreaker in rotorua and Auckland both gave me the same price of 120$ that's a massive difference. Just ring around before using this guy that's all I'll say
Brian is always ready to help me load my van for his parts delivery to Auckland But have to tell him to remember his age
Brian was lovely He found the part I needed for my car at half the price I saw in Other place. He even share some advice I highly recommend Any Mazz Spares.
Terrible experience. Needed engine replaced, paid for a new engine didnt work when it was put in the car was then replaced by any mazz spares at no cost. Which was fine, it did take longer than expected even after we had found out it needed a different engine. But the owner is extremely rude, has no customer service skills, very arrogant and patronizing. This was my first experience with any mazz spares and will not be going back there again solely because of his attitude towards customers and clients. It's extremely poor and unnecessary.
