Rude staff, don’t want to get up from his seat to assist nor want to look in the computer. If don’t want to work take leave and stay home.
Rude staff and completely unorganized tried to tell me what I needed for my car when it was completely wrong. Went "looking" for a product for me and was just standing out the back talking this is just one incident. Manukau branch definitely need to up their game not going there again
All the staff and managers are great people here, if you need any help, one of the many staff can help you get exactly what u need
Absolutely pathetic customer service by SULTANA.Went in this morning to get wrong part returned. At the front counter,the guy didn't know how to process the return,after commenting I don't know how to do it,walks awayand leaves me waiting.After asking for help,I get SULTANA who comes to help with hesitation.I tried asking if I can get a trade discount as per the previous transaction,she refuses When advised that I have been given this previously, her response was to go where I have been given this in a very rude and arrogant. Repco Manukau is the store I go to only in desperate situations because of their pathetic customer service.
I Purchased my car filter from repco manukau i gave them my car details and they gave me filter. I didnt chage instantly as we run out of time. I changed it after coming back from my holiday after 2months then released they gave me wrong filter went to exchange I was told one month refund policy can't change. Filter wasn't was in original box nothing wrong. What a customer service. Always bought from supercheap had no problem for exchange.
What happened Repco,a set of shelves made from coke can thin "steel" held together by a million may as well be lead screws. Go jacks(generic name) with hydtaulic cylinders that blow out and have chrome plated mild steel(imitation stainless?) ram rust. And the 4cyl jump starter that wouldnt even start the ride on and after 5 months wouldnt even hold a charge.Bring back the good old days and stop relying on......
Came in today to refund some items (before work) because it's the closest repco to my house but got told to REFUND AT ANOTHER REPCO (had to go botany) I work in retail too and we never turn down a refund no matter how big it is because it's CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shows that the store cares more about their budget than giving CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Also shows how much they only care about the "budget performance" of their own store but doesn't care about the business as a whole.
Another great visit here. Very helpful staff & the even recycle my old battery after going there to purchase a new one. Awesome service! Thanks
