   An incredibly disappointing experience for my kids. We ordered waffles and they took forever to get it ready and it wasn't even busy. Then they completely watered down the chocolate sauce that goes with it! Such a cheapskate franchise! When feedback was provided to them they remained blank faced barely listening or making eye contact. Won't be going there again.

   Had a lovely day with my partner. We had a voucher for Butlers café. Unfortunately my panini was extremely burnt on the other side (not shown) but other than that enjoyed my time. One thing I noticed was that you have to go and collect your food when the buzzer rings. Even though the prices are higher than a normal café.

   Hot chocolate was sooo small. In a glass tall cup which made the drink cold before I sat down to enjoy it.

   The staff member that took my order, Michelle was nice. The coffee is ok although fairly mild. Daughters hot choc was pretty impressive tho!

   First time customer my partner and I called into Butlers Cafe for a coffee. Quite impressed with the female staff who were friendly, happy and helpful. Great customer service and great coffee! However we weren't impressed with the tall male gentleman that was on his phone the entire time we were there. Quite unprofessional we thought.
