“I got my oil change and replaced three old tyres and with an hour of replacing, I hit a kerb in Island Bay and ruptured my sidewall of the passenger side new tyre . I called the store and Erwin ( Adelaide road store Manager) attended the call while he was supposed to shut the store within 15 minutes, understood my situation with empathy and immediately sprung into action . He went above and beyond his working hours in assisting me with the removal of the punctured tyre and replaced with a new one .
