They give good service. highly recommended for car WOF and repairs. Very busy place, which says a lot. Very skilled people, honest and bery reliable and very practical. the people also are very friendly.

I took my daughter's car down for WOF the other day. First time. Very practical, rather than picky, with only a few small repairs itemised that really needed doing anyway. I plan to bring my own cars here, and have directed my other daughter their way to get her WOF done tomorrow.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I brought my car in for a Warrant of Fitness and an oil/filter change. They failed my car for worn front brakes, which is hard to believe since I bought the car last year and it sat unused for six months due to my suspension. To add to my frustration, they didn't even clean up spilled oil after the filter change. I felt like they weren't doing their job properly. I got a WOF somewhere else, and they passed me! I'm so disappointed in how I was treated and the poor service I received.

They are fraud. They will give you a wrong price, a cheaper quote to attract you to come for service. When you take your car there, they will give you a different price which is way too beyond the quoted price. Upon asking why, they will just he rude. Don't waste your time and money going there. There are few very good service centres opposite this place which are very good.

Bad Communication, go any where else pit stop does WOF for $80. I got charged with $200 for WOF and I got told "btw engine light is on". It's like the first thing I said when I entered. You got to start listening to the customers. and remove that Free WOF sign.

My first visit here. Came for a wof. Easy as butter melting in a hot pan. I was here around 9.30 am on a Saturday and it was empty.. after a while the crowd started to come in. Receptionist was friendly. One of the mechs I spoke with was not too welcoming. Maybe he was busy. So far a good experience. Note # when u come here on Google direction. It takes you to the front door. But you need to actually come behind. A little further down the signal

Absolutely shocking!! The service here is Beyond terrible! Takes up to 45min to do a WOFF! The staff are exceptionally rude and disrespectful to the customers. I highly suggest you DO NOT go here. They will do there best to try fail you. I went to have my WOFF re-checked and they told me that they have me a CCTV and should update my comment so I am. They told me that I must update my comment as they have me on camera being their for about 30 min not 45, as you will see my comment above does not say that i was there for 45 min. I went to an auto Electrician to help me disconnect the reversing camera screen and made their job easier to see the seat belts and unclipped my child's car seat so that they can clip it in themselves. This has now made it that it is no longer professional installed! I had the reversing camera installed as in a Ute you cannot see Small children run behind you at the kindie so they have made it more dangerous to reverse the vehicle. Under the transport agency, it states that if you can not see behind your ute and have a reversing camera installed then that is acceptable. I also would like to add that I decided not to mention earlier the racism but as I was told to update my comment I was also had a racist comment made to me as the inspector shouted saying that "he knows where I am from" making a racist gesture that I do not belong here or judging my character. I find this extremely disappointing and will be lodging a formal complaint with NZ Transport about this store.
