Any other assistance could have said- no, we don't have that, but Mina (beautiful Persian woman) went the extra mile to find out what I actually wanted, and sourced the product from another counter. Her gracious manner throughout, reminded me that purchases for myself deserve to be less hurried and to enjoy taking time for me.”

“Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.”

And although we were just browsing around, we decided to purchase some thermals for kid and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful when we picked the wrong item! And he was very patient when we were trying to log into our account and after our card was declined twice. Parking is actually pretty good since it shares space with Sylvia Park Mall. There’s heaps of it, and it’s not as chaotic as some other Pak’nSave carparks.
