Store staff isn't helpful at all Marked price was $16 and I was supposed to get additional 50% as per the advertisement However the staff refused to sell for $8 and told me that its $20 for now as it was only for boxing day ? why the price hasn't changed then Not in good faith I believe @puma westgate - picture suggests date and time just in case
Absolutely terrible customer service at the Westgate store. One of the staff members 'called me a thief' when I tried to get a faulty pair of Puma shoes exchanged — even though I had proof of purchase on my bank statement. The level of disrespect was shocking. When I asked for an email address to make a formal complaint, he rudely hung up the phone on me. To make things worse, when I mentioned the lower online price, they claimed the store price was different and refused to honour it. Clearly, this staff member has no understanding of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or basic customer service. I have never experienced such unprofessional, arrogant behaviour in a retail store before. Someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service — absolutely disgraceful experience.

Excellent customer service! I didnt have my reading glasses with me and the shop assistants was great helping me out with the sizes! I didnt plan on buying all my xmas gifts from here but that's how it panned out today! Cant resist the sales! Good, friendly services from staff. Good price range, after discount a pair of shoes starts as low as $30. Plent parking out in the front. The best outlet store in that part of the shopping centre.. Along with Asics, Converse, New Balance etc.. No need to go all the way to Onehunga DressMart (although that store is bigger and more range to choose from). Highly recommended for a visit. Great value for money that's for sure.
