   Lovely service from the Jimmy Choo Newmarket team. Purchased some heels that were not in store, the team said it was no problem and helped me order online and they were delivered to store quickly. When I tried them on in store there was a minor fault. The team organised replacements and kept me updated with communication all the way. Highly recommend.

   Went in with my fiancé looking for shoes for our wedding. We were speaking with the retail assistant but she suddenly said, "oh my friends are here" and went to speak with her friends and completely left us. Definitely didn't care about customer service or making a sale. Never came back to see how we were doing. Disappointing.
