   My father and I were shopping for a suit for my wedding and were assisted by Quade. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and what I needed. Quade was an excellent listener and gave thoughtful feedback when I asked for his opinion on my father’s suit. He provided just the right number of options just enough to choose from without feeling overwhelmed and maintained the perfect balance of being available when needed but never intrusive. It’s service like this that reminds me how valuable genuine, caring people like Quade are in customer service. Thank you so much for your outstanding service and for showing such care and attention to my father. You truly made the experience special and added to the joy of preparing for my wedding. My father even whispered to me as we left “.. that was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.” It was in that moment that I felt truly grateful for Quade.

   Went to yd Manukau this morning to buy a shirt I’d seen previously for an upcoming event . The store looked immaculate and very well presented , I was helped and served by Nikhi who was so lovely and cheerful - definitely made the trip to the Manukau branch worth it. She deserves praise for her customer service !!

   Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at YD Manukau Dear YD Customer Service Team, I recently visited your YD Manukau store to return a shirt I purchased with cash two days prior. However, when I requested a refund, the staff girl member refused, stating that they did not have cash available and could not process the return. I then suggested receiving the refund via EFTPOS, but they insisted that because I paid in cash, they could only refund in cash—despite not having any available. I visited the store twice to resolve this issue, but the same staff girl continued to refuse the refund. As a result, I had to contact another YD Manawa Bay location to clarify your policies, and they confirmed that refunds can be processed via EFTPOS even if the original payment was made in cash. This contradiction in policy enforcement was both frustrating and inconvenient. The attitude of the staff girl at YD Manukau was unprofessional and unhelpful. Their unwillingness to assist and lack of proper knowledge regarding store policies made for an unpleasant experience. Ultimately, I had to send my partner to handle the situation. The staff were rude and made the whole process way harder than it needed to be . In second time she’s giving me reply so rudely . I expect better customer service and consistency in policy enforcement from YD. Please address this matter, as no customer should have to go through such unnecessary hassle.

   Long awaited and delayed review. If you want to buy a suit that looks good, feels good? Talk to Mustafa, he will help you out! Make sure you look sharp and if you get it tailored it will look like you got it custom made. Mustafa is the man to go to, excellent customer service and banter will visit again!

   I have never felt so honoured shopping at a store before. The manager Neha was so kind and caring who took care of me and my family who were shopping for our son. She took time to really get to know us and understand our taste in clothing and guided us accordingly. Unfortunately they didn’t have our size as our son is 5XL. But that’s okay. We still appreciate her services and will go back their when our son loses weight.

   I went here with my husband they have excellent six range as my husband is on the smaller size and it is often hard to find something that fits. Nice quality as well moderately priced. The young Indian server looked good in the clothes he was wearing from the shop and provided excellent service to everyone who came into the store when we were there. Highly recommend
