Just over a month ago, I had just paid for my items at this supermarket. Less than ten minutes later, I returned to the store to check a product's price due to an error they made. As I was leaving, a female Indian employee wearing a black mask confronted me, accusing me of shoplifting and demanding to check my bag. To prove my innocence at the time, I intentionally walked through the anti-theft gate right in front of her, and the alarm did not sound. I refused to let her search my bag, but the employee was relentless, following me and insisting I open my bag for inspection until I finally left the premises. I later filed a complaint with this store. Initially, they tried to brush it off, sending a letter saying they would investigate, and then remained silent for several days. It wasn't until I escalated my complaint to their Company President that they finally responded. Although they apologized and stated they would enhance staff training, and admitted that the employee's behavior was inappropriate, the issue didn't end there. Today, when my family of three went back to shop at this supermarket, my husband was checking out at the register. Due to the crowding, he asked my child and me to exit first. As my child and I were leaving the checkout area, that same Indian female employee with the black mask appeared again. She fixed her scrutinizing gaze on my bag, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, based on this employee's repeated actions, I can reasonably suspect that she might be attempting to steal something from me. Otherwise, why would she constantly stare at my bag?" I hadn't returned to this supermarket for a long time since the initial incident because of the unnecessary distress and emotional harm they caused me. I originally wasn't going to post a review, but after today, I absolutely must publish this feedback so everyone can see it."

The beautiful gold rush drinks you offered on 99 cent week was certainly huge disappointment. Cany give you a minus one Star review on these horrible drinks I would have done. the worst crap I've ever tasted in my life. Not even worth 99 cents I wouldn't give it to my dog or my cat. He's probably spew up. We're using it to clean the car at the moment. Very suspicious of buying third party mixes from you in future.

This is a spacious branch that is also tidy and clean. They have the best international and organic food section. They definitely offer real deals here from my observation. Although it was a weekend trip, there was no wait at all which very impressive. They have a craft beer cold room as well.

Pak’nSave Silverdale is a well-sized, tidy store that serves the wider Hibiscus Coast area and does a solid job of it. It’s not flashy or overly modern, but it’s practical and clean, with that familiar warehouse-style layout that Pak’nSave is known for. If you’re after low prices without the bells and whistles, it ticks the right boxes. The store is spacious and easy to navigate, even during busier times. Aisles are wide, shelves are usually well-stocked, and signage is clear enough to help you find what you need without wandering too much. The overall vibe is no-frills, but things generally run smoothly and efficiently. Prices are sharp across the board — groceries, meat, produce, and household items all come in at the lower end, especially if you keep an eye out for specials. The fruit and veg section can be a bit hit or miss depending on the day you visit, but most of the time it’s decent. The meat section usually has a good range at affordable prices, and the bakery offers the basics like bread, rolls, and a few sweet treats. Staff are usually around if you need help, but it’s a typical Pak’nSave setup — more of a DIY experience. Most people are just in and out, focused on the shop, so don’t expect high-touch service. That said, checkout lines move fairly quickly and self-service options help if you’re only picking up a few things. The carpark is decent with a fair amount of space, though it can get full during peak shopping times, especially weekends. The location is handy too, close to other shops in the area, so it’s easy to tick off errands in one go. As with other Pak’nSaves, the online listings don’t always match what’s in-store, so it’s best to go in with a flexible list rather than expecting everything to be there. Overall, Pak’nSave Silverdale is a dependable local spot. It’s not fancy, but it’s clean, roomy, and delivers on what really matters — saving money. If you’re in the area and want to stock up without spending too much, it’s worth the stop.

Clean supermarket, good value and friendly staff. Seem to have items out of stock fairly frequently. Busy on weekends. Petrol is usually best price in area.

Great prices, however stock can be a little lacking. No individual garlic, despite there being a sign, with big bags filling the space instead. Also would appreciate if the items that sit in the crates down the middle aisle of the store were also split into the appropriate aisles as well, as customers shouldn't have to check the aisle and think there's no stock, only to find it's sitting in the middle of the store.

Deals are good, but some of the people in charge (managers ect) have been beyond awful. Had a bad experience with a woman abusing her authority. Self check out, I was questioned on the items I'd payed for, and stared down by an Indian man working the evening shift on a Monday 2 weeks ago.

It can get busy at times. Prices, not always the cheapest. Fruit doesn't always look fresh. Early morning shoppers could find long queues at the cashiers as not many are open, this has been an ongoing issue for a long time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I like this kind of market, other pak,nSave have a sushi station, I like that, this market not, so 1 Star less. For cyclist a good place to buy all the food for a good price.
