   Nice big store inside Northwest mall. I bought some pimple patches and face wash, and they were on special. The place is clean and bright. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good parking and easy to walk around. Handy spot to shop for the whole family.

   Farmers Northwest was new, clean, spacious, and one of my absolute favourites — until today. No matter how friendly I tried to be, the staff member didn’t smile at all. It felt as if my purchase was a huge inconvenience to her. I went there excited to buy a special (and not inexpensive) treat for myself, but I left the store feeling blue.

   Went to the beauty area to purchase some higher end cosmetics. The lady that served me was nice, but the other ones were following me around too much and I didn't get everything I came in for because it made me uncomfortable so I just paid for what I did manage to choose and left to finish my shopping at another store. I'm tired and pregnant so I probably "didn't look the part" at the time but shouldn't matter?

   Raced into Farmers (Nor west) to update my foundation. However I had my product wrong name. Any other assistance could have said- no, we don't have that, but Mina (beautiful Persian woman) went the extra mile to find out what I actually wanted, and sourced the product from another counter. Her gracious manner throughout, reminded me that purchases for myself deserve to be less hurried and to enjoy taking time for me.
