A big shout out to the Pukekohe Farmer’s store yesterday for their amazing help to locate my lost keys. I always get outstanding service in the store.
I’ve had unpleasant experiences with a staff member named Tina in the perfume department at Farmers Pukekohe. She’s been rude and dismissive on more than one occasion, giving sarcastic responses and unfriendly looks. When I asked for help choosing a YSL perfume, her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I ended up leaving without buying anything because of her poor customer service.
A handy department store set in Papakura. It is an essential addition to retail options in Papakura. Access is good and there is plenty of parking.
My mother and I witnessed a worker by the name Amy in menswear department, squeezing a pimple on the back of her neck in the mirror as i was paying. This made me feel quite sick at the thought of her touching customers items with unclean hands. I have left the store feeling quite uncomfortable.
After having horrible experiences at other branches, I will always take the drive to shop at this branch because of their amazing customer service. Though their store is not always fully stoked as, staff are always willing to help you find or order what you're looking for. Always walk out pleased with my shopping experiences at Farmers Pukekohe.
Such a beautiful, tidy Farmers. The staff are always so helpful. This is a 2 storied store and it is always presented so nicely. They have the largest range of women's clothes. Very well stocked store. I would love to see Revolution makeup in this store, though. I love walking into this branch
This stores customer service is terrible when you need a warranty. They don't explain to you how to maintain an appliance properly nor give advise on how to care for the item upon purchase but when the appliance breaks and it's a few months old they start asking questions like did you maintain it in a certain way and if not you will be charged. (Electronics department) if you want to purchase an appliance do it from an appliance store not farmers
Awesome, helpful staff. The young guy in the children's department helped me find the items I was looking for for my son, even going out the back to check (shortly before closing on the last day of the sale) and got the colour and size I wanted. Thank you for going above and beyond...I really appreciated it.
Quite a good size store, I was able to find plenty of choice for the things I needed.I didn't find a coat but I've got specific criteria I'm looking for. The service was good, quite quick and friendly. I will enjoy shopping here again. I would have given 5 stars but I had to get someone to open the fitting room.
