Yd. website promises a one-hour click & collect. I chose it for a last minute Xmas present however got a call sometime after saying one of the items was only available at Sylvia Park. The staff was friendly but I was only given the options to pick up one item at each store or wait for two days. I chose the latter and they were supposed to call me when ready for collection - which they didn't. I've called the store, had it confirmed, and when I got there, the other item was missing from my order. I gave them the option to refund me for such item as I was going away the next day. Once again, the attendant was friendly, but she was alone in the shift, just a couple days before Xmas, there was a line of customers behind me, she couldn't find my item or refund me, no manager in store. So I left and when I got home I got a call that the item had been found. I had to go back once again since no other option was offered. Still one of my favourite men's clothing aesthetics overall, however overpriced, customer service is at the low-end and I feel for the staff.
Bought a full wedding outfit for the big day. Chloe was super helpful, not pushy at all just very genuine with her customer service. YD has a really cool range of suits particularly for summer weddings compared to other stores. Would 100% recommend.
It was my first time buying clothes at yd St. Luke's . Amazing experience overall. Collection was 4/5 (just kidding) but Chloe and team was spot on in terms of helping me to explore all the options available. Excellent service and reasonable price. Would be back soon. :)
My husband loved the clothes. Excellent quality. A little bit disappointed when we arrived as the staff just greeted us and continued chatting amongst themselves. The cashier saved the place being extremely polite.
Great good quality and stylish clothes. You pay a little more but it is worth it as it does looks classy and fashionable. They have great deals so good to grab when items on specials!
