   Made my first purchase with Florsheim Shoes today, it was an online one. However, I made a phone call to them first too see if my parcel would arrive before a particular date, and also about shoe sizing. I spoke with Ezra from their team. I just want to say that the customer service I received was beyond top-notch, and I really appreciated it. I haven't even received my parcel yet. Just wanted to say thanks :D Awesome service Ezra!

   Not often I leave a review about a shoe shop but these guys are great. Good selection of shoes and they know their stuff. Really helpful and will even courier your shoes to you if you are not from Auckland. Highly recommended

   Charging an arm and leg for shoes and not able to send you a courier label for return or printed A4 form for return. Even small retailers offer free return labels for their clients not Florsheim ! You send an email to their customer service, all what they are good at it - is sending you 3 pages link to read to answer the enquiry. I will never deal with this brand anymore. Better buy shoes online from overseas with FREE return.

   Absolutely favourite store for my shoes…. glad they are here…Ezra is the heart of the store! Recently had an issue with online order, received shoes with crease while paid $200+. Johan helped out to swap with a fresh pair than the display stock! Thanks Ezra and Johan.

   Shoes are very good and service is amazing. I popped in shop in the end of the day and I wasn’t sure what shoes I want. Petra is super patient and friendly. I think she provides outstanding customer service. Of course I came back again and got the shoes I want. :)

   I bought some shoes that needed replacing, the staff were absolutely amazing. I have worn shoes from these guys for years and the quality is fantastic. Yes I did have a issue , but let’s get real even top end cars have issues.. it’s how companies reacts and the staff were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Shoes are great, the service is not. I chose a belt to match the 1 pair of brown shoes I was getting with the rest of my order. Their eftpos machine was not working and I said I'd come back in half an hour. The staff member couldn't find the belt that he'd placed with my order. Very disappointed!

   Good looking but low quality shoes. Made in China with lower grade material and some faulty engineering concepts. I bought a pair of Chukka in Dec. 2019. Used it almost every day very fairly as I am doing seated office work job. After one year use, the outer sole torn because it was too thin for walking on Pavement! Really!!!

   I have bought 4 shoes in total from Florsheim. 2 instore and 2 online. The shoes look great but they wear off within few months of purchase. Contacted customer service for the online orders and did not get a satisfactory response. So overall, these shoes don't last long. Not recommended. Customer service instore at time of purchase was excellent. But ultimately I am giving a poor rating purely for the quality of the shoes.
