   No greeting on arrival — two staff members saw me walk in but continued chatting at the counter. When the next pair of customers walked in (who happened to be white), they were greeted straight away. Felt discriminatory. My experience matches what others have described in their reviews. Staff members live up to the brand name with their ugly customer service.

   I really like the clothes that they have to offer but the staff are terrible Didn't greet me as i walked in or at all, didn't ask if i needed help, didn't even smile, just sat at the counter (this was two staff members) they seemed like they hated their job and didn't want to be there...

   The staff was very rude during our visit today. We look around and they talking to each other. We asked about the Tee box option they said we could choose any color but they charged $10 more we asked about that but they said we could only choose white, black, and other ones. When we paid they looked at each other and joked about of us. Their faces are so annoying.

   I'm in Australia and I've purchased items from here on 2 separate occasions now and I cannot stress how good the quality of these products are. The second time I had a bit of an issue with sizing after I was originally recommended a small based on my size and weight, but after trying them on and contacting customer support that I needed a bigger size, Isaac went above and beyond to sort this out for me and the new pants fit perfectly. I LOVE Ugly.

   They have the worst returning policy. Purchased for the first time on 18th november, 2 tees, when i got them 10 days later they didn't fit, then i tried to contact them and they said it was final sale and i couldn't return them, on the product page there was no such thing on the "SHIPPING & RETURNS" tab and no label on the product stating clearly "FINAL SALE" badge, which makes me think this company is just trying to mislead customers. I WOULD NEVER BUY CLOTHING ONLINE IF I COULDN'T RETURN IT.

   Purchased a matching hoodie/shorts/tshirt set, another T, a sweater, and a beanie here on Wednesday morning. Most items were on sale so that was great. Staff were friendly and helped find the right sizing. My first time here and i enjoyed it.
