   I purchased 2 x pairs of Skechers shoes abd also socks today. The young man who helped me was so friendly, polite and helpful. I tried numerous shoes and sizes and was so patient. I don't know his name but I think he may be of Indian ethnicity. Thankyou again for making the shopping experience enjoyable and easier.

   Some of the best customer service I've experienced in New Zealand. Harrison went out of his way to find the best fitting shoes for my daughter - we had been to 3 stores before here and I don't think I will buy sports shoes anywhere else. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back !

   A really bad experience, I came into your store at around 4:50pm 12/01/23, I was the only one in the shop initially and I was totally ignored by the lady behind the counter - then the phone rang and she disappeared out the back leaving the shop unattended for some time, I believe you have a camera in store so you should watch it back. I wanted to purchase two pairs of shoes. I’m disappointed it’s not as though she was rushed of her feet. I had no choice but to leave unsatisfied.

   Went to St Lukes store to look at some shoes, Harry was there alone looking after 4 people at the same time. He was super energetic, friendly & super helpful. He was literally running around getting shoes for everyone & checking they were ok. Even though he was slammed he had no problem calling Henderson branch to get them to check stock for me, then wrote down part number & gave me their phone number to follow up. I think his customer service was outstanding & should be rewarded, staff with his attitude & service should be valued. I usually don't bother with this sort of stuff but feel his service, hard work, going the extra mile & attitude deserved my time advising Sketchers.
