   I wish I could give 0 stars after i saw a young woman with a hospital bracelet on and in pyjamas having a clear psychiatric issue and repeatedly hit her head on this businesses recycling bin. The lady in the shop came out and gave a very judgemental look before wheeling her recycling bin inside the store. She offered no help nor care only a judgemental stare. Not a compassionate nor caring owner so I would hate to see how self involved and monopolised her business is. Disgusting behaviour.

   I visited the store to have a watch engraved. Initially, I was advised that the engraving could not be done in the location I requested and was instead encouraged to have it placed on the back of the watch. After some discussion, I agreed. Before proceeding, I politely asked if I could see a photo or proof of the engraving to ensure accuracy, and I even offered to pay extra for this service. I was informed that this could not be done as it was considered “too much admin.” When I continued to make this reasonable request, I was unexpectedly asked to leave the store. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store. Debbie was overly pushy in her approach, and Tony was unwilling to take on work he considered “hard to do.”

   Good service for my shoe repair but came off after 1 week. Charged me $50.. so I went to the warehouse westgate shoe repair charged me $20 shoe glue is still intact after 4 weeks.

   I mown a few pairs of winter boots. Some are newrlyb15 years old and well made, some need waterproofing on their soles and some are just leather fashion boots well enough constructed to warrant extra care. Having tried a few different leaves I can’t say hand down these guys do a fantastic job. Six months after the work has been done they have years ahead of them and they took the extra cadre to make them comfortable and look like new. Thank you. I highly recommend your services to my friends especially to revamp our old favourites. Always helpful and a great service. The extra cost if there is any is well worth is for the skill and expertise. Thank you. I will be back.
