   I had the most amazing experience in your store this week, I was assisted by a worker named Kahu if I’m not mistaken. She was extremely helpful and had amazing product knowledge.    I had an excellent experience at Nike thanks to Rose. She provided outstanding customer service. Rose was friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful in making sure I found the right shoe and size. Rose was patient and thorough, happily going back and forth to ensure I had the best options, and she made the process enjoyable with her positive attitude and professionalism. It was clear that she genuinely cared about creating a great experience, and she absolutely succeeded. I left not only with the perfect shoes but also feeling very well looked after. Rose is a real asset to the team.

   Great store and I’ve always found the staff to be really helpful! It is a shame that Nike has closed off their online store to New Zealand as the stockists can only hold a fraction of the selection, meaning most the items seen online can’t be purchased anywhere in NZ. You guys are a credit to the store! & Yes Leen thank you for setting my app up correctly on my phone. Sā - Seen you under the pump with customers, however you managed all with ease & real professionally.    There were 2 people in store including myself. I had to wait behind the other customer for assistance at the till. There were 3 staff members all behind the till and they just stood and ignored me. I continued to wait patiently to get a shoe size and then up gets the 3rd staff member from sitting down behind the till. He was very helpful but the other girls disappeared and left him on the floor alone while more customers were entering the store. Very sad customer service by the 2 female staff smh
