Good amount of stock - quite a big store. Got a super good deal on a Sherpa jumper that I don’t think I’d find in Aus.

Best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Extremely helpful but not pushy staff. So polite and patient.
Have been buying cloth from here and had a good experience. But today I bought 2 men’s t-shirt which was priced as $70 for 2pcs and one women’s t-shirt which was in clearance for $30, also got two of the coffee tumbler which I think was sale for 30% or 50% off from the label price of $34.98. As I was in rush so I did not thought of getting invoice and check it but when I got home and realised that I have paid $189 for those item which was unusual because the total would be $170 even not adding any discount for the tumbler.
Very good deal here. Parking sometimes is busy. If you can't find a car park, recommend to park in the mall car park opposite the store. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Best experience ever, I went in the store for an exchange because I had troubles with shoes I bought 2 weeks earlier. No problem for the exchange, they did it right away with my receipt and the team was absolutely delightful, kind and helpful. I highly recommand.
This is my local AND preferred store. Always on point with customer service! It is always neat and tidy and always someone around to help. Changing rooms are always cleared of clothes and clean. Nice music playlist too!
Excellent bags from Kathmandu. They have quality products and often great deals. These 40L bags can fit heaps!
