The lady in the store was a hero. Let me tell you why. She was helping both us and a woman with a flock of kids, who decided to leave without purchasing anything. She worked really hard to find a fitting pair of sneakers for my son, and we left the store content. All the time, she was polite and patient and should be given a medal, in my opinion.
The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive, they helped us find the perfect pair of shoes after around 10 tests of different numbers. Once again, thank you very much

I visited the Queen St shop today with my husband who wanted a new pair of casual shoes. Liam served us and nothing was too much trouble. My husband tried quite a few pairs and Liam was extremely helpful and polite every time we asked him for another style in a size 9. We did purchase a pair from him and he made our shopping experience worthwhile. We are visiting from the UK so we’d like to say ‘Thank you .Liam it was lovely to meet you.’
Tall brown employee clearly not happy to be there. Rude and unresponsive with a distaste for questions? Awful. Alternative options for work-shoes will be sought.

Never go with their sucks staff. I went to the store and looking for a nice and comfortable shoes. However, I dropped my $1.00 coins and rolled into a locked room right front their entry door. I asked their staff if they can help me to get it out. Unfortunately, one of their staff checked and said they cannot open that door unless their head office person has the access. Fine. But another staff was like a trans by saying in a very arrogant and discriminatory tone: $1.00? really? I can give you two. Are you serious? I lost my money in your shop, instead of helping me, you mocked me because it was only $1.00? It was nothing about how much of the money, even it was $1.00 or one million. But the staff attitude was really shocked me.
Good customer service and top quality shoes,if you have any problem with your purchase they will sort it out.
