   Had a great experience in store with Tim. I went in on a Friday evening for a new pair of running shoes. It was close to closing time and there were quite a few people in the shop but despite that, I didn't feel rushed at all and Tim was still very patient and helpful with helping me find a suitable pair. He was very knowledgeable and I've enjoyed using the pair he recommended. Highly recommend coming to this branch.

   shopping with my family today, we dropped by and took a look around. I took the opportunity to ask about my mother's flat feet problem. The Chinese guy there was very nice and patient. He did a test for my mum and explained it carefully. He also brought out suitable insoles and shoes for her to try on. We didn't have time to make a purchase, but we were very satisfied with him.    Just had the pleasure of being fitted by Michael and I would rate him 10 stars if I could. Incredible service, so informative and patient. I haven’t had service like he gave in years. He is such a credit to this company. Me and my husband have both been fitted by him now and both occasions have been EXCEPTIONAL.

   My partner and I went in looking for running shoes and Michael was quick to greet us and ask if we needed any help. This was great as we were needing help because we wanted to do the 3D scan. It was evident that Michael is an expert when it came to explaining the results. We were pleased with his knowledge of running habits and made us feel reassured when trying to decide. The customer service was amazing. Michael was always patient when we were debating which shoes to purchase. Always offering different options to cater to us. We walked away happy with our purchases and pleased with the service :)

   The service here was excellent from start to finish! I can’t remember the name of the sales assistant but I was there around 12pm on 10 November and was served by a young man, hopefully that narrows it down! I went in for a pair of running shoes. The fitting process was very thorough and he explained everything to me. I was offered four different options and encouraged to run around the store to get a good feel. He took into consideration my brand and colour preferences and showed an excellent knowledge of the products. Overall it was a very smooth process and I’m delighted with my new Mizuno Wave Rider 25s!

   My son and I went to the shop just to look around running shoes. The staff named Stuart who helped my son finding the perfect pair even though we told that we are just there to look around first before we decide to buy he still gave us excellent service and he was really polite and I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for footwear and socks.    Sadly, didn't ask the guys name... but what an absolute joy it was visiting today. He was attentive and thorough and so helpful and friendly. Measured my feet, filmed my gait, listened to my story about my broken leg just out of cast etc and found me the PERFECT pair of shoes immediately. Gave me two choices and really went the extra mile doing insoles etc . Highly recommend. Thanks lovely man I'll be back for sure.
