Store was dirty, very crammed with items and staff were very uninterested in helping. Changing rooms filled with stock, nor any mirrors or locks in the changing room that I went in to. Ended up walking out and spent my money elsewhere
Really great service from Candy. Went with Fiancee to find a suit for a wedding and he didn't know what he wanted. She really knows her stuff and guided us to make a good decision!
So I was looking for a pair of denims and I walked into this store. To start with, there was this guy who on being approached said,"sorry I'm leaving.." I saw him saying the same to a few other customers as well. I felt like he was just not interested at all! There was this other lady who was friendly and trying to help. Not much variety in terms of fashion, seemed very limited. However, they do have some good jackets and shirts from what I could quickly grasp. Staff members seemed lost, baffled and juggling trying to manage and prioritise customers. Fitting rooms were partially filled with boxes. Overall a very average experience in terms of customer service. Prices are okay in my opinion. Has so much potential to do better.
