When he realised that what I was looking for is not availablr at that warehouse he gave me some options—places I could go to. Another staff helped me find what I was looking for. It was a good experience for me. They were nice and helpful.”

“Emma was amazing! I tried looking everywhere for a limited edition ‘anti bullying’ tee shirt and couldn’t find one. I approached Emma who had initially said they had sold out. She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. It was the very last one. Emma was very efficient, patient and accommodating. Thank you Emma for going over and above. I appreciate your excellent service. “Wow wow wow! I cannot exaggerate the 5 star customer service. The attention each staff member gives you and the advanced knowledge each customer representative holds. Plenty of staff on the floor and each register available as soon as they see a customer walking there. Tony the tech consultant was extremely attentive and even had good banter. I love the complimentary smart phone set up, saved me an entire day. I also want to acknowledge the well maintained and upkept facility, someone was even vacuuming the front entrance. “Such an amazing learn to swim program. Our two daughters are part of the learn to swim and have a wonderful time learning and growing in the water with there two teachers Laura and Kristina. Anya does an amazing job setting up the learn to swim program and leading it I couldn’t recommend enough. The Indoor Pool Facility runs at a perfect air conditioned temperature and the pools are clean and comfortable for everyone! As a Swim Coach myself the team here does an incredible job! Lifeguards included as well!”
