    Do not buy something at this Napier store if you can buy the same product online direct. Especially Dyson products. They have no loyalty to their regular customers and don't have as good return policy as direct from Dyson.

    Went and bought an apple charging cable for my phone, but realised as I opened it that it was used as the cable was poorly recoiled and the normal cardboard seal was instead just tape to keep the box closed. Whoever put it back onto the shelf didn’t even try to hide the fact that it was used. Went back to ask to switch for a new, untouched cable and the staff member refused saying it still worked so there shouldn’t be a problem. Unacceptable and against my CGA rights.

    Charged $65 for looking at a appliance that was faulty when it was still under warranty!!! Them they were wanting to charge the same to repair as the actual unit cost! Off to consumer law I go!!!

    Poor customer service, there were about 5 young female staff behind the counter, arms folded, rolling their eyes, had no idea what they were talking about. I made an inquiry from the headquarters, which they approved and yet the Napier branch won't accept it. They said it's their policy, which they couldn't pull up or provide anything where it says that. So they declined my request, so I called Noel Leemings customer service and they confirmed that Napier branch was wrong and that they had no right to do that. If they were at least polite and helpful, I wouldn't be here writing this review. They were DISRESPECTFUL and one of them was the manager and yet she still called out another staff to help because she has no idea what she was talking about. Looking at the reviews, it sounds like they desperately need training on customer service

    Outstanding service. A Refreshing Change! My sister had a fantastic experience at Noel Leeming Napier today after a disappointing attempt to shop online with Bose. The team not only sorted out some Bose headphones quickly and efficiently but also sorted out an excellent price without hesitation. The manager went above and beyond – offering the kind of genuine, old-fashioned service that’s so rare these days. It was such a refreshing change! I’ll absolutely be shopping at Noel Leeming next time I’m back in the Bay. Highly recommend.

    Walked in with my newborn baby to tey and sort warrenty on my tv which i didnt know was out by almost 1 month. We purchased extended warrenty and the lady was clearly very sick unenthusiastic and rude. She coughed into her hand wiping her face then proceeded to serve the next lady (old) touching her cellphone yuck! Took me asking over 3 times to get help as it was only just out and could clearly see i had a new baby my first baby so i was very tired and just trying to get a job done. The manager was also reluctant to help but eventually he did. The other man helping lodge the claim was also rude and snikkered at me. I would give 0 stars but couldnt would not reccomended this store. After getting my claim lodged my tv was taken and never heard back for over 1 week and had to phone only to be told they havnt had anything processed by the tech company. Appalled. Would not shop here again

    Utterly ridiculous. My parents brought a smeg oven. Was not happy with it so exchanged it with a fisher and paykel oven.the oven has a false vent at the back . And drips condensation all over the floor. As well as heats up the dials. Which is freaking annoying. So they are waiting on another oven. We already had tech come and see us. But we have heard nothing. No updates No promised emails or phone calls. Just frustrating

    Went to purchase a new tablet. Knew exactly what I wanted. When I asked when they could get into stock , was told they had no idea and showed no real interest in finding one. I had already checked availability and knew that branches had them in Auckland. Went to Harvey Norman and had one in 2days. Staff normally quite friendly and helpful. Not this time.

    I bought a Samsung Z Flip 3 at the store. 10 months later the fold showed crease problems. Probably only the plastic screen cover needed replacing. They sent it away under warranty and I haven't seen it since. 6 weeks later. I enquired after 4 weeks and was told they would email samsung and email me a reply. But nothing happened Not good enough. No loners available. Lucky I had another phone. Who can be without one for 6 weeks?. Same happened to my wife's Z flip. I had to buy her another phone. It has gone as well.
