10/10 experience. Kniel (Sorry if I spelt the name wrong) gave us an excellence customer service as he was both humorous and smart with helping me and my partner. Give that man a raise 100%
Was helped by the young, lovely, polite staff member Jack who approached me immediately when he walked into the store after helping another customer take their items to their car. Because of his great skill in acknowledging I needed assistance, I spent another $280 in store buying a second item. Prior to him walking in, no staff stopped to ask if I needed help, the 3 floor staff I saw were busy hanging one sign. Disappointing yes, but thanks Jack, you were awesome.
I went into to purchase a Christmas gift of around $1k. There was no acknowledgement when I entered the store, nor when I was meandering around looking for the 2 items I was seeking. I was not successful in finding the products, so I decided to leave and go elsewhere. HOWEVER, Aaron saved the day as I was on the way out, introduced himself and found what I was looking for. You need more staff like Aaron! He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was not busy in the store, and staff were chatting with each other behind the counter.... Imagine if 20 people like me left your store on a daily basis, with a definite purchase in mind....
I purchased a portable air conditional in Te Rapa Store, after 2 weeks of waiting but still hasn't got any update from them. I called to the store but always there is no answer. I got no choice but to go to the store in person to ask about this. Apparently they didn't follow up for me after the purchase. Now its the 3rd weeks and I still havent received it yet, i called to the store and no one answer the phone again. They need to catch up with their work.
We got served by Caleb today to help us get a screen protector for the new iPhone 17 he encouraged us to buy. I love the phone and service was excellent as always. Will definitely be my go to sales man at Noel Leeming Te Rapa! Give him a pay rise!!!

First time using this store this morning to pick up online order. Stood for 10 minutes at front desk where a male staff member slouched on the desk reading something on his phone and proceeded to ignore me. A staff member in training came along and offered to help. She was professional and friendly and I think this store needs more staff of her calibre!! Because of the unprofessional behaviour of your male staff member I have given a one star otherwise it would have been a 5 star.
Beware and read the reviews for this company! This has been the worst experience. Over 1.5months to get a dryer repaired and 16 staff members 9 emails and over 7 phone calls all to be told to contact the repair agent or laughed at for asking for a refund when the product could not be repaired in a timely manner. During this experience I have been told I did not have a warranty by a customer care team leader, to deal with the repair agent directly, that 6 to 8 weeks is a normal timeframe awaiting parts and perfectly legal, laughed at in store, 1 week waiting for a complaint to be acknowledged by the management team, no way of raising a formal complaint through their website. This all appears to be actions to avoid their responsibilities under the consumer guarantees act. I also confirmed there is no person who can authorize a refund in store on the weekend in Hamilton. In short they will take your money but good luck getting it back. We feel we have no choice but to progress with legal action just to hold this company responsible for their behaviour.
I am so amazed and grateful with the customer service I received at te Rapa Noel leemings yesterday. Donna, you were an absolute pleasure to work with. Your customer service, bright attitude and smile made the process and excitement of my purchase a top notch experience. The fact you went out of your way to help was so appreciated. I was stressing with having to search every store in Rotorua and most in Hamilton for my new phone and you just made everything a breeze. It was so lovely to meet you, and thankyou so much.
