Not nearly enough staff for the volume of customers at all. It's not good enough having one person at the register working at a snail's pace with a queue wrapping around the shop. Sort that out please. Also why don't counter staff bag our items anymore? Numerous times I've bought your bags with my shopping and expected my items to be bagged, but they never are. That's just lazy. You wouldn't expect that at a supermarket so why allow it at your stores? Numerous times I've asked for help locating a product and staff don't seem to know where the product is? If they don't know they should find someone who does, not just say oh well and walk off, or point in some vague direction. Half the stuff advertised online isn't available in store even when the website says it's on stock. Prices are way too expensive. Cheaper elsewhere now. Gone are the days of the warehouse actually being a decent place to shop. I hardly ever go in there unless I have to.
Great place for bargain prices with lots of variety. Anything for your home and family. Definitely return regularly to buy more.
Usually has candy that are cheap. Is usually pretty cold inside so need to change Womens section clothes are cringe, especially the tishirts.
Easy to find products that you want
Went to see if they had any gascraft cookers and gas canisters. None on shelves no idea if they'll restock item.
Well stocked store. We found everything we were looking for and more. They had some awesome discounts or mark downs for the previous season. If you're willing to wait, and check in every now-and-again, then you can find some very nice bargains. Well done The Warehouse, Napier.
Nice, clean store. Loads of products to look at, for purchasing.. Or maybe to kill time! Items on the shelves/hangers are kept very tidy. Napier staff obviously work hard to keep their store looking nice. Probably the most tidy warehouse store I have been in
