Hi, My wife slipped and fell while getting out of the spa because the rubber floor matt was not placed near the exit of the spa but pushed far away to the side. The area was slippery and slimy and as a result my wife had a severe fall and broke her femur bone in half. The pool was badly managed and lacked routine maintenance and hygiene which was evident by the slimy floor. In all this there was one hero among the pool staff who stayed close to us helping us with updates regarding the ambulance coordinating and keeping my wife comfortable.

Pretty average, below average place. Floors are very slippery. Went and the slide was "broken" but they didnt advertise that fact. Even when we paid in the morning they said it opens at 9. Then when we left and I questioned theh were like oh nah it broke yesterday. I told them to advertise it at least on a sign at the door. The lifeguards look extremely uninterested in their jobs and rarely look at the water....appear to be waiting for someone else to bring a danger to their attention. Its "ok" for a bit of fun for little kids.

Such an amazing learn to swim program. Our two daughters are part of the learn to swim and have a wonderful time learning and growing in the water with there two teachers Laura and Kristina. Anya does an amazing job setting up the learn to swim program and leading it I couldn’t recommend enough. The Indoor Pool Facility runs at a perfect air conditioned temperature and the pools are clean and comfortable for everyone! As a Swim Coach myself the team here does an incredible job! Lifeguards included as well!

Great place and kids had tons of fun, for $8.40 for an adult (kids are free), it’s a cheap weekend and we lasted about 2 hours. The β€˜wave’ generator was every half hour for 5 minutes which was a bit of fun. There’s a few negative reviews on changing rooms, they are fine. Place needs a little maintenance and some touch up paint, but it’s not worth overreacting with a bad review that has nothing to do with the actual swimming you’re there for.

I do not recommend this place. You now need to pay extra to jump of the diving platform that is not even a diving board which opens and closes whenever it suits them? makes no sense. They do not even bother to mention this at reception when paying extra for slides. It nice to see they have finally updated the family changing rooms that were previously disgusting.

The wave pool is very nice and it is fun to dive into the deep pool. I would recommend going at least once. However, the cleanliness of the centre is non existent. It is very gross in the changing rooms, and the toilets. Hopefully the issue with hygiene can be resolved.

The smartest pool layout for parents with young kids. Perfect you kids birthday parties as well. We were skeptical but it was great!

I don't like to post publicly but hygiene at the pool today was worse than usual. They are completely out of toilet paper. The lifeguards who are apparently in charge of ordering said there is none at all. Ordering systems were blamed. Realistically this is a health and safety issue. Hundreds of people use this facility. It should be shut until toilet paper is provided. My issue is not with the staff who are doing their best in poor circumstances. It's bad enough that there is a layer of scum around the pools, the floors are grimy and hairy, the showers yuk. But this tipped the balance. I had high hopes with the new manager. He needs to manage. And for goodness sake, why not pop out to the supermarket and buy some toilet paper?!

Ridiculous pricing $141 for 2Γ—2 family and 2x grandparent spectators for 2hours only when the announcement came for all to leave for the next customers. Left with burning eyes. throat and lungs from chlorine inhalation! The place is small and was absolutely not worth it.
