Unfortunately it didn’t turn out to be in stock, but I really appreciated the effort and help regardless.    Just want to say thank you so much to the young girl on security this afternoon around 5pm. She was super helpful, i had my baby as well as a full trolley and some chairs and other items to carry to my ute. She willingly helped me without having to be asked and did it all with a smile on her face. Big ups to her, 10/10 customer service.

   27 June friday.my daughter and granddaughter went to warehouse for a bby bottle.we asked at the counter if the toy competition was still running he checked and said yes there's one left. My moko was so excited. Eventually we git to the toy aisle and what do u know we found the red one eyed bandit. She can't walk probably but she was gone to the counter her mum chased after her. What a let down he gave a bottle of bubbles.............thanks for the years of support and in return my grandchild gets a bottle of bubbles worth 1 dollar. Its left a sour taste in my mouth .not impressed.

   Extremely upset about my visit today. I was buying pet food for myself and my mother in law, paying in 2 transactions. A staff member offered to help and I said no thank you. She then went and whispered to the security guard, another worked then stood right behind me and watched me scan my items. When I dismissed both transactions the staff member bring me pointed at me (trying to do it without me seeing it) I was then followed outside by security and had my entire trolly checked, I was questioned about my receipt. This happened in front of everybody, I have never been so upset and embarrassed in my life. After going through my paid for items the security guard handed me back my recount and walked away. I’ve been made to feel like a criminal and extremely targeted by the staff at Porirua Warehouse.

   I've been a customer here for many years. I went in today to find it had suffered a radical makeover. You could land a 747 in the aisles now. The whole ethos of the place being packed with stuff across a wide range of products has faltered. It now feels a tad threadbare and depleted. This used to be the place where you could get what you couldn't afford in the more upmarket stores. The shelf presentation is now more upmarket but the range seems to be lacking and it's all self-serve instead of the friendly part service of yesteryear . Maybe the cargo ships haven't arrived. Will look in again nearer Xmas. I have a soft spot for the Shed but they still have to perform!

   5 star review for Linda. Porirua front desk gets a 0 lol I went to the front desk with the products web link in hand and asked for help locating it. I was sent to the wrong aisle twice. I realised i was not going to get help from the front desk, so i tried to find it on my own. After looking for around 10mins i found Linda working in the aisles. She stopped what she was doing and took me straight to the product i was looking for. It was no where near the place the other 2 sent me. I couldnt find it because it was on the other side of the shop. It was great to meet a staff member that 'knows her stuff', is aware of the products and values the customer. Thank you Linda, I really appreciate your help and professionalism.
