   COTTON ON MEGA STORE SYLVIA Never ever answers phone, on 3 SEPERATE OCCASIONS I have gone to shop instore and when they’ve attempted to call Sylvia about enquiring about stock they never seem to ANSWR phone definitely rings so there is a phone there! To add on to frustration when I go into store girls are extremely snobby and unhelpful zzz sort it out management!

   Staff is friendly and they have size inclusive options. The kids stuff is a bit pricy but cute and good quality. They also make a bit of an effort in terms of sustainability.

   Emma was amazing! I tried looking everywhere for a limited edition ‘anti bullying’ tee shirt and couldn’t find one. I approached Emma who had initially said they had sold out. She offered to have another look just incase. She insisted although she didn’t have to. To my surprise she came back after a few minutes and handed me the tee which was perfect. It was the very last one. Emma was very efficient, patient and accommodating. Thank you Emma for going over and above. I appreciate your excellent service. Your boss and fellow staff should be very proud. Keep up the great work.

   Would not recommend! Was here yesterday the music was so loud you couldn't even here yourself think the person at checkout couldn't even here what customers were saying to her. There was one person at the checkout and the rest just hanging up clothes although there was a line of over 10ppl waiting to be served. They should probably be trained in some customer service skills....
