Best Rebel sport we've been to so far. Staff very helpful. Wasn't followed around like other stores lol. Quite busy then other stores too.. which is a good thing, you know people are happy to shop there
To be honest, service from younger staff is painful and frustrating. I'd hate to think how much business rebel sports loses due to staff not caring enough to even know how to use the stores systems. Long story short I went to 3 rebels over the greater auckland area looking for a product they don't even stock , yet they have the brand in store. Youd think at the 2nd store I might have been told, but no , wasnt till the 3rd store that a smart employee said .... no we dont have that , not sure why the other 2 stores said we did. So rebel sport share holders if you are reading your losing money.
The 5-stars are for their Staff Ova!!! She assisted me and a couple other customers with competence, efficiency and most importantly, the willingness to help!!! Every establishment should have someone like her!!!
Great store, well laid out, I didn't ask for assistance and wasn't asked if I required any in the shoe department. Found shoes that fitted, was served at the checkout by a pleasant young man.
Very busy store but staff as helpful as they can be and always friendly!!The shoe section quite often hard to find the right pair of shoes as it's quite chaotic but something for Management to work on.
Big enough store and nice enough staff but who's idea was it to put a basketball hoop up in the front of the store next to the aisles!!! Absolute worst shopping experience I've had in a while - was either hit by a lost ball or stopping one from hitting me while trying to shop.
The shoe department is very untidy was very difficult to found the right size in the same box or the correct size and brand at the display. The staff was very helpful if they do come past and ask.
Went in to buy a father's day gift and decided on the Casio digital watch discounted to $349. I didn't realise it at the time but I was given the shop display model that was dull and dirty and just placed in the box without the watch tin (as in the picture I found online) For that price I would have expected a new watch with an unopened box and not one that people have tried on and it would have been ultra appropriate for it to be placed in the tin that they come in especially as it's a gift. Definitely not happy.
