   Disgraceful customer service!! I showed the staff a pant I had purchased from here & wanted similar. I am shocked that they did not know the difference between under armour & CCC!! They went searching for CCC when I actually wanted an Under Armour. On the whole the staff were blatantly unhelpful even when I pointedly asked them to help me.

   Great new fitout but everything else has turned to crap. There’s no stock in the right size or if there is, it’s ugly. It’s turned into an outlet store. God forbid you aren’t an XXL or XL. There’s no smalls or mediums of anything. Specifically talking about Nike dry fit shirts. Same thing with shoes. Told to order online, what’s the point in coming to the store if you don’t have anything in stock? The customer wants to try stuff on, ordering online is easy but it’s not a solution. I hope this is just temporary while adapting and over Christmas I know you guys sell out but if that is the case, why are you not ordering more to compensate for this? Not enough attention has been put into the functionality of this new system. Please sort this out and get some more sizes and stock on the shelves.

   Good collection and lots of in stock items, shoutout to Zach who was very friendly and knowledgeable, jasmine was also very helpful; they both brought out items without being annoyed. Even though its like 20 mins away from where I live, I will be visiting again for boxing day. Highly recommend this store over morningside.

   Great service and friendly staff, had found a item online only available in store. Got there searching everywhere with a help of 2 staff members. They went to the back their storage to search for it and I got the last item available thanks for their assistance. Not many shops will go above and beyond to help so I’m really happy.

   I recently made a purchase at Rebel Sport Panmure and was absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from Jasmine. She went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure I found exactly the right item I was looking for. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help was exceptional! I can’t thank Jasmine enough for her dedication, shes a star and truly deserves the recognition, and a bonus! Keep up the fantastic work. :)

   Unfortunately, my visit to this shop only reinforced why most of my shopping is online. This is not a dig at the actual staff working in the shop. The staff who were there are hard-working, friendly people who appear to be let down by chronic under staffing and poor systems. In the shoe section, most of the shoes had no prices. I needed to use my phone to locate items in the online store to find the price. Stock was all over the place in semi random piles. All up, my first visit to a physical sports store in more than a year didn't result in me wanting to come back.

   Normally I don't give a one star but I wasn't happy with the shop and staff. We went in to buy my son's football boots and as we walked in the shop every thing looked so messy.this is my first time in this shop and we didn't know where the boots were, so we asked one staff member and she just took us to one roll at the back and left. Didn't even ask if we needed help or anything. Anyway, my husband looked around, and we found them. I feel like they need to pay more attention to their customers and cleaning of the shop.

   Extremely disappointed with trying to call through to this store today. We have been locals for over 45 years in Mt Wgtn but sadly this has never happened. We are regular shoppers and supporters of this particular store with 4 athletic grown adult children we wanted to check website quantities before heading in or before doing click and collect, unfortunately the call proceeds and then someone picks up and then just hangs up. If you’re busy then be polite about it, regardless of loyalty this day and age good ole customer care is a thing of the past. Happy to pay extra if the service is consistent. Please Rebel Panmure store get your phone line checked or just answer the phone and ask customers to call back later if you’re understaffed. Basic courtesy and communication doesn’t require a rocket scientist approach. #101Basic communication etiquette will keep regulars coming back.
