“Good little clean gym. Steadily used all day with a warm friendly atmosphere including all abilities. Indoor and private outdoor training areas. Bookable sauna. A disabled toilet and shower area, toilet & shower with a third single toilet on its own. Even the staff are great. I've been a regular user for a few months undergoing rehabilitation, from being a wheelchair user and now to crutches. There hasn't been any problems with everything being on one level.”

“I’ve been with Flex Cambridge since their opening and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! The owners and staff are friendly and approachable - such a cute community vibe. The gym is always impeccably clean and the equipment is of high standard. Top quality Hammer Strength and a very diverse range of strength and cardio equipment. “So many good things to say... Jai is a fun, friendly and safe training environment that is perfect for beginners or the less 'athletically talented'. However the competitive aspect is also there for those who are seeking that. I have made several lifelong friends from Jai. They have always had a few carefully selected trainers brought over from Thailand for the specialised skillset they bring, and they are supported by experienced local trainers. I also know for a fact the owner is awesome.”

“I'm half way through a bootcamp at priority fitness and I can honestly say it's one of the best experiences I've ever had with a gym membership. My clothes are fitting better and I have more energy but more importantly, I look forward to my workouts and it has been a great reliever for my migraine and anxiety symptoms. “Simon is the best Podiatrist! After 15 years of using my hip to overcome the periodic dysfunction in my osteo-arthritic ankle, my hip was 'buggered'. Whilst the HOKA shoe gave me 6 years of great support, Simon's assessment showed a much needed customised orthotic as the 'rocker' in the HOKA shoe whilst great, had caused a loss in foot mobility. Combined with my chiropractor, physio and Simon - I am now walking pain-free and my hip is fantastic!”

“This is an absolutely Mint gym. Don't let the small size put you off, they have great equipment, and space to use it. Mint have some cardio gear not seen in many places, like a ski erg, sailing grinding machine, as well as a great functional space, and stretching area. Great friendly staff who are keen to help, and the cafe does awesome tasty food for refuelling!”
