This was a great experience! We went in early Boxing Day and the staff were absolutely ready! We were seen right away by a very kind staff member, were helped and then I was good to go with my purchase! Such a lovely team, tidy store and great services to those who need assistance getting their tech set up!
Purchased new iPhone and was not notified when it arrived in store. But the service from Khyrus was so amazing, she was so apologetic and helpful, you couldn’t have asked for better service. Such a lovely young lady, a credit to your store. The five stars are for her….

My vaccuum cleaner broke down after one year. They sent it off to be repaired, a month ago. I am still waiting for it to come back. I went to see them. After waiting for sometime ,they said they would ring me back and I am still waiting. I don't reccomend buying anything off Noel Leeming.

I bought a Bose 900 smart soundbar and it has an issue. I dropped it off at the Hastings branch at 1:45pm Tuesday and it still hadn't been looked at when I called after lunch on Wednesday. Once I complained to head office, I got a call within minutes saying someone was looking at my soundbar. They asked me to come in and explain the problem, which I promptly did (taking time off work). After listening to the soundbar for a few minutes I was informed the problem couldn't be found. I then took it home and heard the issue again within minutes. I'll be taking it back tomorrow since the issue is still there. After reading the reviews, and from my own experience, Noel Leeming Hastings will not be getting my repeat business. Update: I got a refund from Noel Leeming and went to Harvey Norman and bought a Samsung Q990B...
My experience with Sam's service was extremely frustrating. I ended up wasting a lot of time because I was sold the wrong charger and had to return for the correct one. There was no apology, and I was transferred to an inexperienced trainee who took forever to process the refund and finally give me the right one.
Went there yesterday to purchase a phone. Been waiting for assistance more than 15 minutes and been told no one available at the moment. Looks like only one staff with the customer while others just standing behind the counter.
