   If you are considering this place for any dental work I strongly advise to go elsewhere. The dentist didn't even bother to communicate with me, nor provide written information to take away. Informed consent doesn't exist. Then went doing procedure anaesthetic reaction lead me to be unable to breathe. I was struggling and it was a medical emergency but the female dentist did nothing. Instead They tried to say it was normal! Wrong! Ive had life time of dental and know its not normal to have it happen. End result is I was in hospital 3 days later with AE staff believing and stating it was a direct reaction to what occurred at this place. I was in hospital for a week. Next when laying a formal complaint with owner of business she choose not to deal with it and put it onto the practice manager instead who thought it appropriate to try to force a letter to get me on the same page as them. - in other words cover their butts. They even tried to "buy me off" with petrol vouchers... Owner never communicated with me at all. So they don't know how to do business or make sure rights or processes to informed consent are carried out. Note: Only one dentist in the practice (male) is registered with NZ Dental Council. BE WARNED! Their reputation goes before them in the industry circles. They are even attempting to hold government funding money after stating all monies will be returned. Don't go there! The one star is only for the one individual receptionist who attempted to do service recovery and assisted when I was left in tears there.

   I attended for a booked 0915 hour appointment waited and waited to be seen and walked out without seeing the dentist goodness knows what time I'd have been seen why this dental practice has an appointment system is beyond me they obviously arnt bothered about keeping clients if the dentist can't be on time I was asked if I wanted to rebook an appointment I declined the offer I've found a more reliable dentist when I get prompt service

   My partner Came in for a check up and ended up needing and having a filling. The dentist he had did not offer him any numbing at all. She then started drilling at his tooth which obviously caused a lot of pain, he tried to tell the dentist it was stinging. She stopped and said your tongue but didn’t allow him to speak and she carried on. By the end of it he was in extreme pain and was glad it was over. Once home his gum and tooth were sore for the rest of the night. He was advised he is needing another but because of this experience he is really not wanting to come back. I called in regard to this and was told to email which I never had a reply to or a follow up email

   would not recommend this dental practice. Molar extracted and the dentist was a butcher! Ended up at after hours doctors a couple days later to get treatment for an infection and then another two days later at an emergency dentist in Hamilton so they could take out the pieces of jaw bone that been broken off and left in there to fester. Some of the worst pain ever experienced. Everything seemed rushed and no care.
