   Generally quite positive experiences However, didn’t appreciate one of the pharmacists quite loudly and aggressively announcing our discussion to the room. Basically suggesting a misuse of a tablet used to help against motion sickness…Followed up with my GP (as she suggested) and they recommend I switch pharmacist, which I will be doing.

   Went in to Life Pharmacy on Friday for my annual flu jab! What a lovely welcoming team of ladies! Polina who carried out my vaccination was so kind and welcoming. I didn’t even know she had given me the jab until after! What great service!!

   I have recently started to go to this pharmacy to purchase Dermalogica skincare. I am always greeted warmly, Barbara is always very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacy has had some improvements and looks fresh and inviting. I have always found other staff there to be very helpful and welcoming.

   I've never reviewed a pharmacy before as they are usually very transactional. But I've just started using this one and the service has been fantastic. I forgot part of my prescription, and the guy dropped it off in my letterbox after work. Also he gave me some great advice for some ointment I use, that numerous pharmacists that have given it to me before haven't cared to ask me about, or given advice on. Highly recommend.

   My sister went in and was approached by a worker who kept following her and pestering her as she was looking at samples, she was very rude and stuck up even telling her to go against her dermatologists advice ( most likely to make a sale) my sister was the only person of colour in the store and some how was the only one harassed by her worker

   Got rejected for a walk-in vaccination today despite Covid website says walk-in and no booking required. Not happy with their misleading advertising. The guy on the phone was very rude and wanted to hang up before I could finish the conversation. I then called a Newmarket pharmacy and they invited me to pop in for my booster straight away.

   The team at Life Pharmacy Meadowbank are really kind and good at what they do. With the rise of Chemist Warehouse trying to kill our local owner run pharmacies with cheap products you just cannot compare that to local pharmacies who actually take the time to consult with you for free! And give you knowledgable advice. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy. I've been into this store multiple times recently and had scripts done. They always have time to answer questions, and follow up with doctors on a customers behalf. Chemist Warehouse instead makes you sort out these issues by yourself and does not check mistakes made by doctors. I really hope we can continue to get this level of care. If you are comparing your local pharmacy to Chemist Warehouse DON"T. You will end up without high level health professionals advocating for you and making sure your prescriptions are done correctly, they make sure you are informed on how to take your medicines correctly and safely. This is the most important thing and expert care costs money. Don't sacrifice what we have here in New Zealand for a cheap perfume and a massive corporation running at a loss so they can kill genuine gems of caring people like this amazing place. PLEASE!
