   Was a walk in clinic. Spent all day around the west to get a badly broken toe diagnosed, then back to the xray next door. Better advertising that your 'services' are not available to West Auckland any more. Thanks for nothing.

   Terrible! no consistent long term Doctors..they leave or they are too busy & takes too long to get an appointment, not very friendly, takes days to fill prescriptions & feels unwelcoming. Would never recommend this medical centre.

   Absolutely appalling customer service. No one there to answer calls. I requested a callback and it only gave two rings to hang up on so they can mark it as missed! I called back again just be on number 20 and got 20 minutes to reach number 1 on the queue when someone answered they hung up again and none called back! Poor centre with poor customer service over the phone. Expensive for walk ins. $60 a person. Doctors there rubbish. Fiona poor service from her too! Told me to live with my sickness!!

   Both my children have had Fiona work her magic on their teeth, Fiona and her team are fantastic, always keeping us updated, nothing is ever a trouble from rebooking appointments, help with elastics, or explaining the process. The whole Team are so helpful. 100% recommend

   I would not recommend Dr Hannah Hurst. I enrolled with her as my Dr in 2019, since then I have not seen her in person or spoken to her as she seems to have an issue with childcare arrangements. Rejecting a request for a blood test ( for which I was happy to pay for) without explanation. If Hannah had bothered going to work consistently she would have known that I am a person of colour and intolerant to dairy which should be more than enough to justify the specific test. If you are interested in preventative care then I would advise going elsewhere. Why waste tax payers dollars in medical training if you are not interested in understanding the needs of your community. After raising my concerns in a polite manner I have received no explanation nor apology. Therefore, I am left to voice my concerns in this dreadful way.
