   I came in with chest pain a few weeks ago, shortly after receiving a booster dose of the Covid vaccine. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and upon walking in the receptionist walked away from the desk I can only assume to let the nurse know someone had come in 30 mins before closing. A nurse named Barbara then appeared and asked what I needed, I explained that I had chest pain and had been advised by the doctor if this occurred to seek medical attention immediately. Barbara looked at her watch, said that they close in 30 mins and that it would take 45 mins to do the tests required to check me, she then said that they were exhausted and "had been working since 9am". We were then advised to drive to Shore Care nearly an hour away in Smales Farm. When my partner said that chest pain is a symptom to be treated seriously Barbara responded with "call an ambulance if it's an emergency" and then ushered us out of the building so she could lock the doors and prevent any other patients entering in the next 30 mins before closing.

   Not somewhere you can rely on, went to go to the pharmacy at 6 PM on a Friday night when it’s advertised to be open until 630 and it was not open no , and no one picked up the phone. Walk in and even the lady and the surgery was not helpful !!!

   The pharmacy is never open, the clinic blames it on short staffing, but even now they just don't even show up to open.
