   Don’t recommend going here, yes the facilities are nice but the receptionist is rude, you need to constantly follow up with them, they sent the wrong referral to the radiology clinic which just lengthens the already long waiting time. I have spent hours trying to contact them going back and forth and no one seems to know what they’re doing or have taken any notes or call you back when they say they will. Their physio and triage doctor does not handle patients in pain with any care, if anything they made the injury worse with their rough handling. If you can go anywhere else I’d recommend it, not a pleasant experience

   Simon Young is a top notch surgeon. Friendly; patient and very competent I couldn’t have asked for better! Recovery of my TKR has been faster than expected according to my Physio. The robotic surgery under Simon was smooth and the pain minimal.

   I was referred by my physio to do an MRI but they never got back to me until I called twice to follow up. They said it was an error on their part. I told them because of the delay there is no time for me to do the MRI because I was travelling overseas in 2 weeks time. They apologised and said would call me if something opens up. The week before I leave they said a spot opened up - I thought it was for an MRI but turns out it was just for a physician appointment. They didn’t even explain to me on the phone and only after my physio asked me to confirm with them did they said oh it’s only for the physician appointment not the MRI. It’s like their admin staff members don’t give a damn at all about doing their jobs right. Terrible experience.

   Dont see doctor lincon, he rather you hear his own opinion over yours, and rather giving you physio which is needed, he will refer you on to someone else making you wait another 2 to 3 months before getting help, even though I said I was in pain and discomfort at the time. And had already waited for 6 months before seeing him, with no physio done.

   Just useless. I’m a young adult suffering abnormal knee problems and was hoping to finally work with professionals and specialists who can actually start trying to find the problem. After two in person appointments, an MRI & Xray, and a phone call appointment all they could sort out was a fifteen minute consultation for a steroid injection for pain management and inflammation. So approximately eight weeks since my first appointment and not a single thing has actually been done to find the actual problem. It feels like these doctors are just working for a cash grab and not to actually heal people or improve life quality.

   Just had a second appointment with David Lalor - Not usually one to write a review, but my experience with him was exceptional. David took time to understand my concerns and spent the first session throughly going multiple areas that could’ve been an issue, along with some recovery rehab work in the gym. After just coming out of my second appointment David has diagnosed my injury perfectly, this is an injury for over 2months and wish I had seen him sooner. David dumbing down the technical Physio words for me to understand was a highlight - I have come out feel incredibly positive with a clear path to success. Couldn’t recommend him high enough. Thanks David!

   I was sent there by ACC. Some of the staff there does nothing for me. They just gave pill to relief the pain. OT and doctor always cancel their appointment last minutes.

   Very poor service there. I was referred by my GP for the treatment. Only physio staff does attend me. OT S Khan was very poor. Does nothing. NO customer service from the receptionist as well. they always hang up phone after waiting for about 20 minutes.

   Mr Simon Young performed a Total Knee Replacement on my left knee. I had a lot working against me - multiple connective tissue disorders, overweight, out of shape, etc. yet the difference in mobility and pain when I took my first walk post surgery was remarkable. Within one week, I no longer needed a walker. The outcome and recovery has been superb and Simon deserves all of the credit, in my opinion. I would also like to thank his PA, Ms Wendy Laing, for all of her assistance and good sense of humour. Mr Young came highly recommended to me by my back surgeon. I can certainly understand why. My other knee will eventually need replacing and Simon will definitely be my choice for surgeon, no matter where I might be living when that time comes.
