visited today and was stopped by the guard for a bag check, even though the alarm didn’t go off. Nobody else around me was stopped — only me. This isn’t the first time this has happened with the same guard, and it’s completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Being singled out repeatedly like this makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and at this point, it genuinely feels like racial bias is involved. I don’t feel comfortable coming back under these circumstances. Management needs to take this seriously, address the behavior, and teach their staff a proper lesson. Customers should not have to experience this kind of treatment, and I hope action is taken so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

A good selection of items here, unfortunately last time i went half the things i needed to pick up were out of stock. The guy working cashier last 2 times i've been has miserable, no hi/bye please/thank you, just shocking. I feel like saying "hello" is like bare minimum basic customer service requirement. Disappointing

I had a wonderful experience at Chemist Warehouse St Lukes. The store is very well presented and has such a wide variety of perfumes to choose from. The customer service was excellent – the lady at the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely my go-to place for fragrances!

I don’t tend to leave negative reviews however I had an awful experience this afternoon at chemist warehouse st Luke’s. If you are after sensitive medications I suggest to go elsewhere even though they Are cheaper. They left my form with all my personal details on the counter for all 20+ people waiting to see as they went up to the counter, and I waited over 40 mins for sensitive medication without any word of how long it would take. There must be a better system, I will add there was many many people waiting for a long time too and much frustration amongst the customers. Maybe the prescription desk was understaffed today I’m not sure but please do better chemist warehouse

Really had bad experience, total 7 staff on friday 12 midday on pharmacy section, big long queue, taking so long to look after customer, spend 1 hour to get medicine from this store, definately change pharmacy from next time onward.

I’m a sucker for a Chemist Warehouse trip and this is definitely one of their better stores. The staff were super helpful and knew exactly where everything was, and the guy I dealt was also quite a crafty salesman, managing to upsell me into a couple of different products. Credit where credit is due! Hamish Dorrington Kakapo Business Sales

The pharmacy is terrible. I’m not one to require amazing service and don’t care if you don’t smile either but damn they could at least give some kind of service. Im a local and I come in often and EVERY pharmacist is rude and has the face of a slapped ***. I feel awkward when I’m being polite lol. Super slow service and they definitely pick and choose the scripts they dispense faster. I get some have to be prioritised but I’ve waited 45 minutes for simple codeine prx and watched someone wait less than 10min and no it wasn’t made before the customer got there. A few times I’ve had to ask what’s taking so long and watch them scramble Realising they just didn’t bother making it. They need to read the reviews and improve. I know they won’t though they’ll still get customers. Shame.

Very disappointed female pharmacist and so thoughtless about dealing with prescriptions. I was trying to deal with a patient's dilemma about a repeat script as he was told to get a repeat script from the GP. As a practice nurse, looking back at the script he had the script for 3 inhalers last month which is valid for three months. The patient stated that he was only given one supply and not three. I spoke to a male pharmacist ( couldn’t get his name clearly) just before 17.00hrs today and told me that he had two repeats so I call back the patient so that he can go and get his repeats. When he went there after 30mins, he was told by a female pharmacist that there was no repeat script and that he need to call the clinic for the new script. When the patient call and inform me of the situation, I became furious that I just spoke to the male pharmacist before and yet the female pharmacist was adamant no one spoke to me about it ( including she was asking her male colleague which he denies). She keep explaining to me that they can not dispense the script for less than 90 days and needed a new script ( making me more confused with her jargon explanation). When I asked why they did not dispense the rest of the two inhalers, she could not answer but kept repeating the same statement over and over again (making her fool talk like a parrot). The solution is that not only did I have to provide a new script but had to charge the patient another $30 for the new script which is not fair for him because of them discarding two inhalers. I feel let down by those incompetent and inexperienced pharmacists. I hope there are good and well-experienced pharmacists who can teach how to give clear explanations and a better understanding of conflict matters. Very poor service!!!!!!

Just collected my order from chemist warehouse & the woman who served me was absolutely helpful, kind & overall had great customer service. Was a little anxious about my order but she was absolutely amazing! Wish I got her name. But thank you for the awesome service!

Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life from the Chemist Warehouse St Lukes pharmacy. The older asian lady who took my prescription was super rude from the onset and was dismissive to my queries about my prescription. She shooed me away instead of answering if one of the items was in stock. I ended up waiting 45 mins only to be told that it had to be ordered in. I would have left the prescription there rather than waiting all that time had I known. There was no sorry about it either. I was in shock at how rudely I had been treated. There is no excuse for treating customers so disrespectfully! I cannot recommend this pharmacy.
