   I find recently the service has changed. I felt not listened to. I spoke of health struggles with decreasing mobility issues and dr didn't seem to understand how this impacts on my every day life. Then I rang for a new script to be told they couldn't deal with it for several days. I told them it was for managing bipolar and urgent. The reception person said the nurse will phone me. Waited but no call. Spent several days inside my whare struggling to cope with mania setting in. Looking for new dr now. Not good enough.

   Very happy with the service provided from Whanau Ora Clinic. Dr Kamal is very professional and takes the time to listen to you and is very good at what he does. All the team are amazing to deal with so friendly and patient. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good family doctors. It is so easy to get appointments with recently myself needing an appointment urgently and I was booked in within 2 hours of calling. It is so affordable $10 for the doctor $5 for the nurse. Highly recommend.

   Amazing place! Kind and compassionate stuff, the nurses and nurses practioners get to the bottom of whatever you are going through and do their best to help. The receptionists are lovely ladies and so nice to talk to. You go there and just feel at ease.

   I have had the same Dr since I was a child, he retired and I felt nervous about finding a new one for me and my family! I couldn't get into a practice in my area in Parklands due to them not taking on new patients so did some research and found Whanau Ora. Easy enrollment and handover from previous practice! Such a friendly and welcoming team of doctors and staff dedicated to providing the highest quality care possible to you and your family. I am so impressed with the professionalism of the whole practice and also the $10 fees are so affordable for our family of 6, there is no stress to be able to go see a doctor when needed now, our last place cost $58!

   A amazing team they have there! Glad I made the switch for my family! Both the doctors are a god sent! Great report with their clients, the receptionist team are outstanding,if your kind and respectful and a decent human you will love them all!    Receptionist gave me attitude from the moment i arrived then later told me I can’t see the doctor was 5 minutes late and place was empty.. kinda don’t need attitude from a receptionist when your there just to get your meds … last thing anyone needs. Now gotta wait a whole week. Sorry but what a joke If your staff were properly trained and worked with a smile rather then a bad attitude then maybe I would’ve booked for next week but I had to de enroll just can’t be bothered dealing with people like that. Personally don’t know her but first time here and last!
