To all the nurses and doctors at Starship Hospital, You are truly a gift from God. The compassion, patience, and professionalism you show ,especially during the most stressful and emotional moments for families, is nothing short of extraordinary. From the way you reassure worried parents to the gentle, caring manner you treat every child, your work touches our hearts in ways we will never forget. Your humility despite the incredible responsibility you carry is inspiring. You listen, you explain, you comfort, and you always go the extra mile without ever expecting recognition. We see the long hours, the calm under pressure, and the genuine love you bring to your work. We are incredibly lucky to have people like you looking after our little ones and supporting families when they need it most. Thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and your unwavering commitment to caring for others. You make a difference every single day, and we are forever grateful.

A terrible experience for my little girl and my whole family. A door to her class slammed in the wind and took the top of her index finger off. The bad experience started from the beginning. First, spent 45 mins to find a parking spot. Then The worst is the waiting period to see a doctor. My girl’s finger was bleeding for over 5 hours, blood was literally everywhere during the 5 hours. During the Terrible waiting time, 3 nurses checked says doctor will come but they didn’t . They did nothing until we couldn’t handle the pressure. it finally grab the nurse attention when her finger run out of blood and almost die. It was very bad and even one of the nurses chocked what still didn’t get treated ! After seeing the doctor, it was a next level experience. Things went smooth. Surgery was done. The surgeon team was amazing. We do appreciate everything after we get seen by the specialist. Over all, we could have get if done way earlier.. I even felt extremely disappointed of the medical situation of the country. Wanted to leave this country. So many kids are suffering… the situation needs to change as soon as possible.

We spent 3.5 months at Starship NICU, and I truly have no words to express the depth of our gratitude. The doctors, nurses, social workers, and every single member of the medical staff were absolutely amazing. Their dedication, compassion, and expertise saved our daughter’s life, and we will be forever thankful. The level of care and support we received during such a difficult time was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Thank you from the bottom of our heartsβ™₯️

My daughter got her hand fractured and we rushed to this hospital. Their service was excellent right from assessment till X-ray and post X-ray discussion. Special thanks to Eleanor Shepherd was excellent situation handling and communication skills. She was really professional

Had to go there last week Thursday around 8.30am as my toddler had ear infection. This triage nurse, Rachel I think her name was, desperately need a refreshing course how to handle sick children. She at first snapped at us because my toddler, who was in awful lot of pain of course, didn't jump on the seat for his weight check the second she commanded. Then she literally started wrestling with him to check his oxygen level the moment he sat down. Terrified us to a point where I quickly grabbed my son's hand so that she doesn't snap his finger or anything! Such an impatient and rude person should not be a nurse, especially children's. Such an awful experience with this woman. The doctor, Mahima, however was so kind and gentle. Knew exactly how to greet a sick child and took her time to examine him. Gave him time to adjust and everything.

Excellent hospital. Seen very quickly. Nurses and Doctors had a very calm and reassuring manner which really helped as our child was extremely distressed. Our issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. I felt very confident about the competence and thoroughness of the medical staff. Would recommend this hospital if you have sick children.
