   Absolute terrible communication. I just drove 1 hour to find out that they wanted to charge me again for the service I already paid for. I understand grab one went into liquidation but you didn't tell me until today of the situation. You need to make sure you communicate properly with your clients and 100% make sure they have all the information they need. It's the 21st century so please update your systems. Also I was waiting outside as the front door was locked. I had to phone reception to be taken downstairs. Very unprofessional. Would never go back or recommend them to anyone.

   I'm very impressed how professional dentist and his assistant were, they did xrays, consultation and hygene clean for me. Provided very professional service and advice. One of the easiest and quickest hygene clean i've had. Highly recommending.

   OMG! I literally just got off the line with the receptionist. Well not really got off because she hang up on me while I am still talking. The receptionist is indeed very rude and dismissive.

   The worst dental experience. The receptionist Robyn, gave me what I would describe as the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She was rude, dismissive and did not listen at all. Simple requests such as sending me a copy of the X-ray was almost impossible and felt as though I was asking her to do something far out of her job description. The dentist himself was fine and did a basic clean and polish but the equipment seemed old and out of date. Overall a terrible experience. The receptionist needs to find a new job that doesn't involve working with people.

   three days ago, I did cleaning at here, The dentist comment on my teeth with disliking face, "your teeth has too many stain", that makes me feel very uncomfortable. Then I accidentally knocked over a cup of water put on the side of small sink, the cup fall into sink, and then this gentle man REUSED it, filled it with water, I asked them threw it, he pretended not understand what I was saying, until I tell him abandon it. I was so anxious about the sanitary condition, had regretted to come here, and hoped he can quickly finished his treatment. and today I tested covid positive, hopefully this is the best result after this procedure, won't go to this clinic and this dentist any more.

   The worst dental experience ever. The dentist wasn’t gentle and seems inexperience. I never felt so much after the clean before. The dentist and her assistant were having personal conversation while cleaning my teeth. Not professional at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

   Do not recommend. I went there through a promotion they were doing, $75 for x ray and a clean, and if I knew the clean would take less than 5 minutes I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Also not sure if he actually did the x ray since he didn’t even showed me and it was also done in less than 5 minutes. I was very disappointed and will never ever come back to this place. False advertising is not ok.
