The staff have always been friendly, they explain and check i know about serious meds, the chemist went out of his way to source and mix components to create a uncommon medication. The mall parking is a nightmare but worth it to have a constant positive pharmacy.”

“I noticed so many poor reviews, and they didn’t seem fair so I wanted to add my own. I brought my dog in and ended up having an overnight stay. Was it expensive? Yes. It’s an emergency, after hours clinic- I expect it to be costly. Did I wait a long time? Yes, there were other animals that needed higher priority care. Did they take good care of my boy at the end of the day? Yes. I interacted with MANY staff members and they were all kind, empathetic, and genuinely cared for me and my dog. They broke down the cost of things and added up the prices at every step to let me know where we were at and what my options were. When my dog had to be admitted over night they let me stay with him as long as I needed and gave me tissues and offered me the kitchen to make a hot drink. I got to see how the girls in the back talked to the other animals there and I was comforted knowing I could leave my boy with them because he would receive that same quality of care. They assured me over and over that they would call if anything happened or that I could come back at any point in the middle of the night. And they did. At the end of the day- nobody wants to have to have a pet emergency. Nobody wants to spend $1000 and wait hours in a clinic. But the staff here were so wonderful and I appreciate every single one of them for how they treated me and my boy.”

“My wife and I have been coming to this practice for three and a half years and rate its efficacy highly. From those taking the phone calls to those on the front desk; from the nurses to the doctors; all play their part in putting patients at ease. In particular, we have always been impressed with our own GP, Dr Belton, who is an attentive and responsive listener able to sum up a medical situation effectively and deal with it professionally. We are grateful to all who have directly or indirectly assisted us with our various maladies.”

“I ♥️chemist warehouse one thing I would like to suggest however is they have a lot of trouble receiving over the phone credit card payments and could look at resolving this problem, it should be easy to do. The staff are friendly and helpful though and I like the range of supermarket price range beauty goods.”

They met me having familiarised themselves with my current and past history which made a positive first impression. I felt like an actual person! More seriously, this professional approach was an important part in gaining my trust. Dr Paraic is an excellent clinician who proves valued support beyond medication. Cat, my social worker is a skilled listener, who really gets me on various levels. This may not sound like much but for me it is everything! …I don’t know how else to describe it.
