   Brought my grandma who just recently moved here. She was abit nervous but Register Nurse Emal was an absolute Champ. He made her feel at ease, best care and thorough with her checks and also recommendations with some things for her to check with the doctors. Most times Nurses rush through checks just to get the que going but Mr Emal was hands down the best we have ever come across. You guys have landed a good one and we look forward especially my grandma to see him on our next visit. Thank you very much Mr Emal and Mangere Local Doctors.

   Terrible experience at this clinic and I'm not even the patient, I came to support my mum and was directed to Dr Hall’s office, but when I asked about her he dismissed me with, “What’s the name on the door? Does it say Linda? No,” before ignoring me. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. His nurse Malia was no better — instead of helping, she blamed my mother for not knowing the process of filling out a Supported Living form and offered no clear explanation. Patients and their families deserve respect and basic courtesy, not arrogance and blame. I left feeling shocked and very disappointed in this team. I even changed my mothers Dr's.

   I'm a patient of the physio in the same building, but I had to ask the front desk lady where the xray place was. My physio gave me an xray order and told me to go "next door" to get it. But I don't know my way around. I'd never been there before. So I asked the front desk person. And she was very rude and snappy and also gave me the wrong information. I showed her the xray order from the physio that said "Horizon" on it, the name of the radiology place. She told me I had to go to Manukau or some other place that was far away. I knew that was wrong because my physio had just told me to go next door. So I tried to explain to her that I had just come from the physio in this very building and he had told me the xray place was next door. She interrupted me and was very snappy and told me it was wrong and acted like I'd done some horrible thing by questioning this. She very rudely told me there's a radiology place "out this door and down the hall" but then told me they aren't Horizon and they don't do xrays anymore, only ultrasound. I felt very bad that she had just treated me this way. I'm a lost patient who needed help for god's sake. I told her I'd go down to the radiology place and ask them instead. She was very dismissive saying something to the effect of, "yeah mhm whatever." What is her problem?? She's a white lady with dark hair and glasses. I don't know her name. Is it because I have a foreign accent? Either way, she shouldn't be talking to patients like that who are asking for help!! Also, when I asked the radiology place, they said they only do xray and they took my paper and saw me right away. So the front desk told me wrong information. I told the radiology receptionist that the clinic receptionist gave me wrong info, so hopefully they will correct her. But wow. The clinic receptionist made me feel like I was wrong to exist.

   Staff are awesome. But I no longer can book appointments here. Like the comment below, you’re sick on the day and can’t make an appointment till a week later or two. I’ve had to go to emergency doctors paying $80 more then my actually GP. It’s crazy. I’m sorry I’ve loved being a patient here but since covid, it’s not the same.

   I have received a very negative treatment from the nurse that I was scheduled to see. I emailed my concerns to the clinic but received no response. I hope they will follow up and take action. I have had good service and nice experience with the previous nurse and the receptionist but not the last one. Updates: I have received a response and support was provided to resolve the situation. I appreciate the management response. Reception staff, my doctor and the nurse I have been dealing with are great. Thank you for that.

   I’ve been coming here since I was a baby up until my early 20’s, along with my siblings. I sadly moved out central last year & had to register with a local doctor who don’t provide the outstanding services I’m used to. Have always had good experiences coming here & the reception lady’s are lovely, along with the nurses and doctors.

   Mangere Health have been my GP for over 5 years. Within the last year, their has been a decline in their accessibility where I have had no choice but to move my family to another GP. Trying to book an appointment with this centre is very frustrating! It's almost impossible to be seen by my doctor or any doctor in the centre. They're always fully booked that week or the week after. Understandably, COVID-19 has made it difficult for the Centre and NZ's healthcare in general but I haven't had issues with my new GP and there seems to be better accessibility and empathy there. Glad I made the move.

   Almost 3+ years with this clinic and you can never get an appointment on the same week! Probably lucky enough to get a slot in 2 weeks. So frustrating!!! Tried the online thing they say that helps and submitted a request last week and still no call backs. Reception makes it worse! You don’t feel welcomed when you call in.

   This has been my health centre with the same doctor for nearly 40 years(I was a baby), and this doctor is now my children's doctor so it speaks for itself. I find making appointments easy, the nurse is friendly and informative and on to it when reminding me about due check ups. The receptionists are lovely and approachable
