We were in the 2 bedroom unit, 2 lovely comfy couches in the good sized living space, beautifully equipped kitchen and comfy beds, Very warm when it was freexing outside. “My wife and I came to Napier for a ‘Wine holiday’ to visit the vineyards in the local area. We chose 415 because of its high reviews on google and trip advisor… It was awesome, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and very warm when it was only 1 degree outside. The location was great, close to restaurants and easy to find on the main beach road. Our hosts Tom & Esther were great company helping us find the vineyards we wanted to visit and guide us away from some we didn’t know were closed. Cooked a great breakfast too!”

“Excellent facilities with each cat, or family cats, having their own personal space. I am happy booking my cat in whenever I am away knowing she is well looked after and isn’t left alone all day. The individual spaces all receive sunlight at some stage of the day, with room to retire to shade if required.”

“We have been with Oxygen for the past 9 years and there has always been great communication, any issues we have encountered have been sorted in a very professional and timely manor. All staff we have dealt with especially Leanne have been awesome to work with. Two of our children have also become renters through Oxygen and are enjoying the experience.”

“Friendly hosts. Lovely quiet accommodation close to shops. We stayed 2 nights in the studio which is lovely and has everything you need. Unfortunately our stay was unplanned as we attended a tangi so didn’t get to experience much of the relaxing environment. We will definitely be back.”

“Millar Road is absolutely incredible. We had the privilege of staying here with our bridal party for our wedding. The entire estate is beautiful. The nice touches of locally sourced breakfast items, locally made real world products all took this accomodation to the next level. Gregory was super accomodating too with early check in, and also letting our dogs stay. Also a huge shoutout to the friendly cleaning staff who serviced the house and villas each day.”

“We had a wonderful three day stay. The level of detail is superb - Dietske refreshed our room twice a day and Gary had the most thoughtful and exquisitely prepared meals. They had so many good recommendations for us - ranging from beachside fish and chips to high end dinners and wineries! We were delighted by it all and found the stay warm, hospitable, comfortable, and deluxe. Booking a dinner with Gary is a must - so fresh, local, and a variety of flavors and tastes! The inn itself is small (2 rooms) so it’s a best fit for people looking to engage w the hosts and learn about the local food and culture through them.”
